While studying the roots of our family tree, I discovered that my father was adopted into the Burke family. His bio-parents are Evelyn Vonderwerth and his father John Burke (his uncle). I would love to find out more about the Vonderwerth family from Detroit, Wayan county, Michigan. As I travel back to Michigan and here in Northern Virginia (Winchester)I stop in different cemeteries. I work across the street from Mount Hebron Cemetery, Winchester, VA and like to spend my lunch hour at the cemetery walking and taking pictures.
