The Caledonia Centennial booklet, 1954, lists he is buried in the Caledonia Cemetery and he is a Civil War veteran. There is now a new cemetery listing in Find A Grave for the Caledonia Cemetery. All headstones in this cemetery were buried.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. My Great Uncle was from Manitoba, which you know is not too far from Minnesota. He was of Scandinavian descent, according to our family records. I lived in Winnipeg as a child, and my husband lived in St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota, so I have made the drive a number of times.
I thought you might like to read the obituary for him. My Aunt cut it out, and she cut off the date of the paper, so I don't know the exact date of his death, except that he was 53 years old.
The obituary mispells his last name ... which was Wikland. He and my Aunt PHYLLIS MULBERRY married in October 1942 in Winnipeg.
If you would like to read the obituary or the marriage license, it is on the Find-a-grave memorial I created for him, numbered:
JOHAN GERHARD WIKLUND # 134650455
Again, thank you for your message.

"Plunging down a 40 foot grain chute at Kelloe, Manitoba, John Wicklund, 53, of 481 Toronto Street, was instantly killed Friday at about 2:00 p.m.
R.C.M.P. said that Mr. Wicklund, a carpenter employed by Overgaard Construction Company, 525 Sprague Street, was working on an Ogilvie Flour Mills Grain Elevator when the accident occured. He had been working at the top of the grain chute, when he slipped and fell, breaking his neck.
Dr. Robert Keippen, Coroner from Newdale, Manitoba, attended and decided death was accidental, and no inquest would be held. The body was taken to Rae's Funeral Home at Shoal Lake, Manitoba.

Dear Mr. Wiklund,
I was trying to find where my Great Uncle 'Johan Gerhard Wiklund' is buried. He was married to my Great Aunt, Phyllis Isabel Mulberry. He tragically died in a grain elevator accident in Kelloe, Manitoba.
I was wondering if you might be related to him.
Maureen Mulberry Davis

Can't get the photo of his spouse yet. Most the time it takes about 5 weeks to get the stone done. Not sure if there will be a slow down with most the Govt not working.

The staff at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Kansas City, MO has no record of Ms. Wicklund. Perhaps she is at the other Mt. Moriah(Terrace).

Old Tacoma doesn't have a listing for Linus Wiklund. They tried multiple spellings.

Thank you for this info, respect! At least they are united in death again.

That's quite the undertaking! LOL.
Another volunteer on here (klassikat) and I get to know these early death years at Old Tacoma pretty well. 9 times out of 10 they are in areas of the cemetery where there isn't a marker and maybe just a stamped block with a space number on it....and even that might be sunk down. I won't know, for sure, his location until I call the cemetery....and will let you know.
