Bio and Links
Bio Photo Doing family research on Coyne/Cohen and in-laws in Clark Mills, Oneida county and central New York.

Please feel free to use any photos I have added to Findagrave.

I have created virtual cemeteries for the Revolutionary, 1812 and Civil war veterans and wives buried in Jefferson, Lewis, Franklin, Clinton, Essex, Oneida, Oswego and St Lawrence counties, NY. The Revolutionary and 1812 cemeteries were created from lists found online. The Civil war list consists of stones I have come across and suggestions from others.

Any additions, links or corrections you have for the memorials would be most welcome. Please send them by using the "Edit" tag on the memorial in question. Many obits and other news items are posted in the "Family Events" section of my homepage. The "Revolution & 1812" page contains lists of Revolutionary burials, pensioners and interesting articles found in newspapers.

We had 2 different spellings of his last name. Obit & grave marker were different. Anyway, I copied the bio into mine. Charlotte

RE: Rev. Charles Bowles
Constable NY is across Lake Champlain and close to the Canadian border so someone in that area would be better to get the photo. Thank you for your interest and help.

RE: Irena Hyde Dexter
Thanks for the info and sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. If you are collecting names, Thaddeus Hyde(#22993867) served in the War of 1812 for a short time in March 1813 probably at Sacket's Harbor. He is buried at East Paw Paw Cemetery, Dekalb Co, IL.

Here is another veteran He is buried on Wolfe Island but says he fought in the American War. It doesn't say which one but he died in 1880. Cause of death was from a wound he received.

Irena Hyde Dexter
Hi Bruce,
Do you know anything about Irena's Hyde family? She is buried at Evergreen Cemetery in Henderson, NY. My 3xGr Grandfather Thaddeus Hyde lived at Henderson & Ellisburg in the 1820's & 1830's and I suspect she could be one of their daughters. She most likely married about 1833 and stayed in the area after they moved on to Ohio. I'm curious as to how you know her maiden name? Thanks for any info, Carol.

RE: Lydia Brintnall
Hello Bruce,

Thank you for adding the information to Lydia Brintnall memorial. It will help clear up confusion of her children with her first husband. I should have listed her children's names but I have requested all of their memorials to be linked to her.

No, I do not know Norman but I just answered him about his inquiry of last night pertaining to linkage of Lydia Ingalls Dodge to her mother Lydia Brintnall and hopefully he will link her.
