RE: Edward Jasper Garrett No problem. A lot of people have no idea where the dividing line is between the two cemeteries. If you enter under the Masonic sign, everything to the right of that roadway is Masonic, everything to left is IOOF.
Thank you! Nancy, thank you so much for transferring Albert Evitt to me. I never would have found him if you hadn't created his memorial! Thank you for doing that, and thank you for your kindness and generosity in "giving him back" to his family.
Albert Lloyd Evitt Yes, Albert's mother, Mae Priscilla Jennings Evitt is related to me. She is a daughter of my gg grandfather. I'm always hesitant to ask for a transfer if it doesn't fall within Find A Grave guidelines. It has been my experience that most contributors don't want to part with a memorial unless they absolutely have to, even if they are not related to the deceased!!! Personally, I have always felt that family should be with family, but that's just MY opinion.
George M Baker I was wondering where you found the birth records that George McNamee was born in Maryland in 1807. Most of his records say he was born in Tennessee. And I would love to have a death index or information about him also. We are trying to prove that he was the son of Tilman and Mary Polly for an application into DAR and are having no luck so far. Help!!!
