Explain your relationship in the request. Non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not make the transfer. Bulk surname requests should not be made. We make every attempt to follow findagrave guidelines closely. |

|Larry Horton||John Mooney|
I am replying to a message just now received dated April 11, 2011 about transferring account control for John Mooney in Old Fairview Cemetery (along with his tombstone). John is my 3Ggreat grand father. John (1791-1860) and Catherine his wife had a daughter Eliza Mooney (1832-1903) who married James Milton Giles (1829-1912).
They had a daughter Jeanette Agnes "Nettie" Giles (1876-1944) who was the biological mother of George Salum (Giles/Grishaw) Horton (1892-1959). Jeanette Giles marries John Thomas Horton (1870-1950)in 1896 and unofficially adopts George Salum (Giles/Grishaw)to make him George Salum Horton. George Horton marries Opha Gallaher in 1913. Their second son George Byron Horton is my father. I am Larry Horton (b. July 15, 1940) (#47472425)who request the transfer in 2011.

Interested in his obit/death I can send it to you via email.
It's rather long...based on how he died.
|Nancy Ross King||Charles Wafflar|
Fred is my great grandfather. I have seen his obit but have never seen anything listing his birthplace as Frutigen. Nor have I seen the name Madretsch. Could you please tell me where you got this information?
|Denny Altherr||Ralph Anthony Brannum|
Caitie & Will:
If you didn't notice, there is already a memorial for Ralph Anthony "Tony" Brannum" that I created. Would you kindly remove yours.

Are you related to the Coffman family? My cousin is Joyce Coffman, and this is most likely her Grandfather. You do seem to have several Coffman graves in this same cemetery.

|Mary Gale Rogers||RE: Eva Scroggs Girard|
Thank you so much.
|Mary Gale Rogers||Eva Scroggs Girard|
A long while back you transferred Eva Girard's memorial #47314408 to me (she was my relative). There is another memorial for her on findagrave, listing her burial in Tipton Mausoleum (134607298). I would like to just confirm that your picture of her gravestone with her and Roy was taken in Fairview Cemetery.
I don't live back there so am confused because both obituaries list their burials in Tipton Cemetery...not sure if the obituaries meant a cemetery in Tipton or if Tipton is the name of the cemetery!
Thanks for any clarification you can provide.
