BEFORE ADDING A MEMORIAL PLEASE DO A SEARCH SO AS NOT TO ADD A DUPLICATE
I was born in Houston, TX and have continued to live my life here; but, I love to travel and search for the grave sites of my ancestors. I started doing the family genealogy when I was in my early 20's. At that time I had small children so genealogy went along in slow-motion- mostly talking to family members and writing everything down in a note book. That was before the personal computer, of course. Now that the children are grown and we have more time on our hands, my husband has joined me in the search for information on our ancestors. Since we are both retired now more time to travel and work on genealogy. We also add side trips to visit our grandson in Florida, family and friends around the country, lighthouses and we always do a little antiquing along the way. The photo above shows me descending the circular stairway in St Augustine Lighthouse in Florida.
