My family spent many afternoons visiting family cemeteries and historical cemeteries both in the United States and Germany. We would stroll together, taking notes and pictures, gently touching the stones, whispering greetings, shedding a tear or two, and always careful of our steps. I felt like I knew everyone in those cemeteries even though thay had passed away decades, even centuries, before my birth.
James Carter Family Cemetery Cyndee, thank you so much for the grave photos for Kindred Parker and John Frank Parker in the James Carter Family Cemetery AND for all the other grave photos you posted in this cemetery. I apologize for not thanking you sooner but your work there is greatly appreciated. Shirley
Doris Jedacek burial place photo. Thank you for trekking into the wildness to take this photograph; I truly appreciate it. I was wondering, though, if you could re-upload it right-side-up? It would be much easier to view that way. Thanks, again!
Re: Sallie Parker Thank you, Cyndee, for the great photo of the grave of Sallie Parker in Cool Spring Baptist Church Cemetery. It is really nice to get a photo showing the marker and the background like you did. It makes it so much easier for someone looking for that grave! Shirley
