Bio and Links
Bio Photo I got started in genealogy several years ago while propping my leg and icing my ankle after an injury following Santa down the stairs one Christmas Eve.
I was bored and even though I did not want the computer that came into my house I started playing around with it. I am self taught on the computer but do the best I can.
I want to leave information about family for my children & grandchildren.
Some surnames I am working on: Bell, Bushing, Cross, Finch, Ganss, Hickle, Keränen, Kriete, Leonard, McNeil, Metcalf, Plain, Thompson, Tulppo & Wells.
This site has been of immense help to me and whenever possible I hope to contribute information I find to it so that maybe others can locate some family information.
I have now started on a project for Stateline Cemetery, Toledo OH. It is a small cemetery with some very old grave markers. I've made several trips there photographing the stones & putting them on this site. Next I hope to obtain written records to either add the names or update what I have already entered. I am hoping this project might help someone down the line.
If I have taken a marker photo feel free to use it as you wish as long as it is not for profit. Look for sec412 to identify photos I've taken.

Thank you for the obit info, but I can't pull it up through that newspaper to read the entire obit. Can you tell me how you found the obits. Thanks, again!

Sharon, just send a request to me for any transfers. You know that there are still many Stonerocks here in the twp. Most of the names in the cemetery are families that still live here. There is a book, the history of Darbyville that I think is still available through the Pickaway Co. Historical Society. They also are a great resource on all of the families in the area.

RE: Transfers
Yes, I have access to the records for the cemetery. Send me the name of the ex and what year you think he died if you know. Send them to Cassie

Hi Sharon,
Glad I could help. Yes, I took them during the summer, but never got around to uploading them.

Robert "Buck" Keranen
Hi, as his obit says, he was the son of Mearle Gukenberger and Margaret Alft, as was his sister Arla. After Margaret married Robert Keranen, he must have adopted them and they took the Keranen name.
