I began genealogy research in 1986. It's been a fun, exciting, stimulating, challenging experience with many strange and wonderful adventures, along with numerous twists and turns. I have met many wonderful people in the search for my ancestors. I have family who came West to Oregon Country on the Oregon Trail in 1843, 1852, and 1853. Some later migrated West by train. Some of the family lines I'm researching are: Bloyd, Brooks, Byron, Cox, Cullen, Darneille, DeCosta, Dixon, Graham, Gray, Hedick, Hempstead, Hilts, Janes, Johns, Larimore, McGee, Mee, Pleasants, Poteet, Rynbergen, Smith, Stafford, Willis & Young.|
NOTE: If you contact me by personal message on this site about any of my memorials, pls mention the person's name, memorial number, and cemetery. Otherwise, don't be surprised if I don't respond. Likewise, if you contact me via email (preferred), pls give me the same data. Thank you.

Wowwww, nice job on the pics. Thanks for letting me know.

I am sorry that Clayton Bell is not buried in Maplewood with Cora. I actually have all the Wilson County cemetery listings as published by the Wilson County genealogical society in the late 1990s. Could not find a Clayton Bell anywhere in Wilson County. Good luck!

It is so great that you have those recordings. When I was younger, I had no interest in family history. Now there's only 2 people left in the generation older than mine, so I am picking their brains as much as possible. Just wish I had been interested in this 40 years ago. But teenagers just are not usually interested in what the "old folks" have to say!

First, I must apologize. You asked me for biography on our family. I talked with my father about giving you family history and he expressed reluctance to cooperate. I think I just left you hanging and didn't respond. If I left you hanging, I humbly apologize.
I will tell you anything you want to know. Dad is 87 years old and can't run fast enough to catch me if he decides to spank me for being disobedient (haha).
I will send you an e-mail from "firstname.lastname@example.org", my address and give you the name of all of James Robert Wright's children and find-a-grave #'s for as many of them as possible.
Beth Wright Creasy

You created your very own Miller #1 cemetery in Bayboro, Pamlico, NC. It does not exist sir. It is called Potter's Field.

You're welcome, it's a new stone. It's very nicely done. Pam
