I welcome information or a correction to a memorial. |
Use the white Edit tab at right top of the memorial, then the "Suggestion email..." even if you have a question about a memorial. I can look at it and know exactly who and what you are writing about without entering names, and memorial numbers, to look it up.
I will transfer a memorial if you are a relative, but I'd expect you to transfer if someone else asks you and they are closer kin.
I honor veterans (all wars) with a flag, or floral tribute, especially if they don't have one
With the "new edit" method, I don't always write a 'thank-you' nor do I expect one. We all have plenty to do to keep up. BUT, be assured that I do APPRECIATE any addition/correction, or PHOTO REQUEST you fulfill for me. Please accept this as my thanks for your efforts.

|JD Gilkey||RE: Gilkey Family, Riverside Cem|
Hi, I am owner of The Gilkey Family 1724 tree on Ancestry. I have asked for a lot of transfers, but get refusals because of the old Find A Grave rules.
Transfers always make my job easier and quicker.
I believe family should do family.
If you have any Gilkeys you want to transfer, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, thank you for making the memorials in Riverside Cemetery.
Are your related to the Gilkey Family?
|Hardy Flanagan||RE: Daniel Walter Phillips, 1893-1925 NC|
Thanks for accepting the edits. Though not a direct relative Daniel (83810194) is my first cousin 3x times removed, and I would be honored to manage.

Welch 29 August 1900 Nanie died 13 March 1917. D. B. Duniphin married Lennie Rogers 17 October 1918. D. B. Duniphin died 08 Aug 1927. So would please change this back to M. E. wife of D. B. Duniphin. You are very welcome, and thank you for the constructive comment, I will continue to replicate the inscribe, now knowing it is of value to the family.
|Hardy Flanagan||RE: Annie Phillips, Ayden Cem. NC|
You're most certainly welcome. I just happened to stumble across it, one of four is an in-law of a third cousin two times removed or something like that!! Not sure how I even got out on that branch! Hardy
