Problem solved the memorial in KS is older than ours so we copied the bio info and sent as an edit, then deleted our memorial.

Thanks for the help

Thank you so much for visiting my uncle, John. Your tribute to him is deeply appreciated. Yes, I knew that he lived with his wife in Kansas City, Kansas after he entered the military. He was married while on home on leave. I'm very proud of his service and have visited his grave in Manila.

Eric, I added the photo of Anold Wesley Westrup's tombstone to his memorial page per your request. Would you please link him up to his parents:
Arnold H Westrup #54257207
Grace Westrup #54257075

It is my understanding that Arnold W was wounded in France but died from his wounds in England.

Thanks for your help

Thank you!
I just saw the comments you posted on my Grandfather's memorial (Richard D. Johnston). Thank you. I did not know the exact date he was re-interred at Arlington. I appreciate that and I appreciate you taking the time to give him a Thank You - he was a true hero!

Eric - Sorry, I hit a wrong key. My last comment was even though he was KIA Oct 10 1944 in France, his body was not returned home for burial until MAY 1949. Thank you again.

Eric - Just today ran across your kind words on my brother's memorial page (Oberlin Cemetery, Oberlin, Kansas). Can't thank you enough for your kindness. His service and sacrific will NEVER be forgotten. The photo I've posted of Carl was his 1943 high school graduation photo. Decided to post my 1962 high school graduation photo as well...19 years after his graduation. Even though Carl only saw me once when I was 4 days old in August 1944 (he was KIA Oct 10, 1944 in France) he has always been and still is deep within my soul and heart. Close to 5 years after he was KIA,
