Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a direct descendant of the Copp, Brown, Peck, Ward, McIntyre, and Shaw families on my father's side. Roloff, Crescelius, Garbrecht, Pfersich, Zastrow, and Ziemer families from Prussia on my mother's side. I am making a special effort to photograph stones at Terre Haute Cemetery in Henderson County, IL. Many of the stones are faded and breaking off. I want to preserve them digitally before it's too late. My Peck & Shaw ancestors rest at this cemetery, so it is very important to me.

As with everyone else, if you find a relative's memorial that I have created, you can have it to manage. Just drop me a note via Find-a-Grave. I am creating memorials because I can get to these cemeteries to take the pictures. I appreciate the memorials people have made for my family members who are buried far away. Thank you, all!

Phebe Huston Coghill
Thanks for reminding me to add her maiden name. I also have the memorials for her parents, but really only know what I can cobble together from the census records and family trees at Ancestry. Would you like the Huston records transferred to you?

Lloyd Rankin Obituary
Hi: Really appreciate having the information. Do you happen to know what newspaper the obituary appeared in? Nice to hear from you! And thanks!

You may have copied the burial instead of the death date for Melville Lloyd Green. There's an online Illinois Statewide Death Index that says he died 6 Nov. 1934.

Venice Jordan - Rosemont Cem
Thank you for the information on Venise Jordan in Rosemont Cemetery - Plymouth, Ill. I really appreciate being able to have something for the memorials so they aren't just a name. Thank you so much, hopefully I'll be able to return the favor someday. :) Connie

Seaton Ancestors?
Hi! I saw some of your bio info, while I was on the Manila (Philippines) American Cemetery & Memorial Find A Grave. You mentioned some ancestors, including Seaton ancestors. I invite you to e-mail me when you can, and let me know if we possibly have linking Seaton relatives. I've been able to take the Seaton family back to the family founder in Scotland. Thanks so much - Phyllis Berker ( I'm in Lake Villa, IL. (at the WI. border near Kenosha).

Just wondered if you had any info on "Lynn". I can't find a grave for her or her husband Henry. She is listed on the 1940 census for Menlo, Iowa, age 84. I found one son Arthur with whom she was living and they were both listed as widowers. Corene

RE: Felix Taghon
I looked up Albert's obit, he was born in Peoria in 1912. So Felix was here and alive at that time. Did he truly go back to New York or did I find someone similar? We do know that Felix died sometime between 1912 and 1920 though.

RE: Margaret A. Oates
Looks like he immigrated in 1902. Residence in Stillwater, Saratoga, New York in 1915. Margaret is a widow by the 1920 census. Do you suppose he might be buried in New York?
