|Suzannah McCuen||Charles Duffey info|
Thank you for the information on this man. I am not kin to him. If you would like to manage his memorial I'll be happy to transfer it or any of the others I inherited from Buck Buchanan. Happy Thanksgiving.
Rosaīs mother had an obituary, but her place of burial wasnīt mentioned--and they didnīt have death certificates yet when she died.
Iīve never been able to find when or where her father died.
I do think it would be nice if Rosa could be connected to the rest of her family. If people that have been cremated can be connected---I donīt see what difference it makes when we all know that the lady is DEAD!!!
But I guess we all have our own way of doing things. Since Ancestry took over Find A Grave, I think they are a little more understanding about things like that.
For Rosa Crews---who did I ask you to connect her to???
Iīḿ sitting here looking at the census records and trying to remember who I asked you to connect her to.
She was a SISTER to James Ephraim Crews. There doesnīt seem to be a Find A Grave entry for her father, who was also an Ephraim Crews. But her mother was Sarah A. Rosalie Seats Crews, whose name is seen several different ways also.
So if she can be connected to her mother:
Sarah Rosalie Seats Crews #172280908, she will be with her siblings.
Sorry if I have confused you, but I have also confused myself.

Yes---his name was James Ephraim (Jim) Crews. He is seen in census records as Efrom or Ephraim also. And her motherīs name was seen as Sara--Sarah Ann--- Sara Rosalie---and even Rosa at times---very confusing if someone doesnīt know who these people really are.

Pls transfer my grandmother Maggie Elsie Sansing Carver #86853000,'to my care.Her name should be listed as Elsie M R Sansing Carver. She went by Elsie. I was born 5days before she died. So much of her was told to me by my Mother, her Daughter, Alma Nell CARVER Turnage. I will edit, and enter complete correct info for her, if you will kindly place her in my care. Thank you, Julie Turnage Lawter.

I had sent in an edit to connect Rosa to her parents, which you have declined for some reason.
Would you like for me to send you a copy of her death certificate???
These people are my relatives. I feel that she deserves to be connected to her family.

|Randy||James R Fowler's Mother|
I noticed you had referenced some information that I have on the mother of Jim Fowler. Jim is my great grandfather and I have not been able to confirm his mother's last name. The 1860 census shows him married to Martha A. with a female named Angeline Owens (age 15) living with them. The death certificates of brother Gillman and sister Lucy records Martha Owens as their mother but there is about a 5 year gap in the births between Gilman and Lucy. It has also been indicated that there are half brothers and sisters in the family meaning the potential exists for different mothers. The name Williams appears in Jim's death certificate with the info provided by an older son, who was still alive when Martha Owens Fowler died which leads some credence to the possibility that Jim's mother was a Williams and that Thomas married a second time. Bottom line is more information is needed to confirm who my great-grandmother is.

I am wondering if you have further information on this couple. Mary is the youngest sister of my great grandfather, John Grimke Monroe.

Please read guidelines under FAQ's naming conventions
Last Name as you would find it on the tombstone, if the interred had more than one marriage or other possible spellings please place this information in the bio and use the family links. Do not include honorary or other suffixes in the Last Name field.
NOTE: we are adding markers as they appear, not census, death records etc
