I enjoy doing family genealogies of local North Fork Families and, as a result, I haunt graveyards on weekends. I would be pleased to share information on these families. Please do contact me if you have any interest in the graves I have added.|

|Anonymous||RE: John Lewis Havens|
The article "John L. Havens Former Senator Succumbs at 73" was "clipped" from the September 22, 1932 edition of a Riverhead NY newspaper called The County Review.
The article with his photograph was also from the County Review but from February 14, 1913.
oops pasted the wrong link sorry about that.
Wrong date on the Long Island Advance is wrong. You have her Marriage date instead of the Advence Article date.

Thanks for getting back with me. The transfer guidelines are only up to the great-grandparents, so it's up to you. It is highly unlikely there is anyone within the transfer guidelines given their dates of birth (I have also done research on all the lines). I'd think at that point, if someone is a direct line and has done a lot of research one might transfer to that family member. As you can see on my profile page I manage very few memorial, and I see you have thousands. I only ask for transfers if I am in direct relation and have researched the family to be able to help connect with other family members. This helps me to add and update information with others in my family lines on my records too. Ultimately it's up to you. I'd be happy to know someone is managing my family memorials that are part of the family too. That is why I first asked if you were related and if not would you be willing to transfer. Please reconsider if you are not a direct line descendant. Thanks again.

Hi again, Joy!
Thanks so much for using the info I provided and doing such a great job of putting it into a readable biography. I didn't mean to dump any extra work on you; most people seem to just want to know there is a legitimate source to approve the edits. You're a terrific role model for how to handle that issue. I'm going to try to improve my own responses, thanks to your leadership.

Thanks for letting me know about the incorrect cemetery. The stone has the final say. I deleted my listing. I'm not related, so thanks for offering, but I'd prefer not to manage the memorial.
