I love doing my family's genealogy. I am looking up Terry, Anderson, Vunovich and the Derrington and the James and the Strika, Greenlee or Greenlees Alden's and the Lynn or Linn, Dowdy Families. I have learned a lot by reading the different gravestones. |
Please visit these Memorials:
CJ MeekJoel Anton RobinsonTinker Nicholas Vunovich.
Alex James Vunovich.
Please when you visit memorials would you put flowers on them it makes them look a lot nicer? Thank you! I would like to thank everyone who visits my memorials of my loved ones. It means a lot to me. Please when you ask me to make corrections tell me who it is otherwise I can't make it right.
IF YOU DON'T TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT DONE THEN I CAN'T MAKE THE CORRECTIONS! YOU NEED TO LEAVE ME THE DATES AND TO WHO IT IS. OTHERWISE I WILL JUST DELETE THE MESSAGE. I'M SORRY BUT THAT IS THE WAY IT IS.
PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR WHAT IT IS THAT YOU WANT ME TO DO OR I WONT DO IT AND I WILL ERASE YOUR MESSAGE ALL TOGETHER!

|Linda Dorei Jones||Lynns|
Hi, I transferred the Lynns to you, and when doing so I noticed that someone had added Mildred Lynn to Monticello Union when she is actually in Old Monticello cemetery a couple miles away. I sent them a SAC, so don't ask for a transfer because then you will not be able to delete it. There is a memorial and photo for Mildred in Old Monticello.
|Shirley Wadell||John Davenport Anderson|
Hi. I have a question about John Davenport Anderson Memorial #34392276. The photo of the tombstone you have posted on his file - is this for him? I thought this tombstone was for the children of John & Nancy -- Vincent W., Rollins, Ervin & Margaret T only. I do not see John Davenport Anderson's name on this stone. Am I incorrect?
Thanks, Shirley :)

I see that Bill Brown has the other memorial I don't know him personally but im sure he entered it just like I have done some in the past when I went to look and there was none listed for the Dowdy Cemetery im sure he looked at the sign also and it didn't say New Dowdy cemetery.
I even got the main step's entrance photo with the over head Dowdy Cemetery Rod Iron sign above.
I agree these 2 dowdy cemetery's needs some re doing that's why I quit adding anything to them.
By the way why is Birchie Lou Dowdy listed in the Mt Zion and in the Dowdy cemetery I never did see a stone for her in the Dowdy cemetery in the past but I do have one for her from the Mt Zion Baptist cemetery for sure.
Ok I will wait until I hear back but I don't mind deleting all of mine and even the photos because im not into the numbers game anyway but do like to help other's looking for their past kinfolks.

Anderson Family on Baptist Campus
Hey check out the Anderson Family cemetery on the Baptist Campus in Graves Co. KY,
I added all the names there was there I know in the past you have been looking for the Anderson name I thought you might have some info if so and you want them then let me know.
|Craig Thweatt||RE: Thank|
I can go back to the Johnson cemetery and give you better info about the James family because the photos I took was from 3 years ago and just now added them but I still think there was only 3 infant stones but after looking at that the one infant was premature then I got to thinking maybe Charles Jr was one of the 3 stones since he was a baby that was born but I have no clue about what happened anyway if I get ime then I might try and go back over to the cemetery if I remember where it is by next week end if so maybe I can tell you more on what it looks like from what I see from the cemetery point of view.
|Shirley Gragg||Ruth Enid Lambeth Mangel|
Thank you for your reply. Yes, a picture of Ruth Enid is posted at http://trees.ancestry.com/tree/11540201/person/12470704507 where I have information on her parents, as well.
The pic was posted on a public site - I believe by a relative, but unsure of relationship. She's truly a beautiful lady. Other information there. I've asked permission from Gary Mangel to use other pictures, but have not heard from him yet, so reluctant to do more. I'm sure it would be ok, but rather ask permission than forgiveness.

You should be able to click on the link on my Findagrave profile page, but if not, here it is:
I actually now have 72 county websites for Kansas -- I'm trying to get pages online for all 105 counties. However, Clay and Dickinson are my main counties of interest. Let me know if you find anything of interest--and if you don't find anything, tell me about that, too. I am constantly updating the pages.

|Susan Renfro Anderson||Anderson Family|
Please use any picture that I have, I don't mind. I'll have to check on Leonard & Annabelle. In all honesty, I have not added as much to Bob's side of the family. I never heard anything about Sarah having John killed. He died in the Rev War from wounds suffered at the Battle for Atlanta(?) or someplace in Georgia. There has been much speculation as to whether John was brought back to Camden for burial. Bob and I went there and looked and looked for his grave. We even went to the library, who had Rev War burials on microfilm. We did not find anything at all. I will check on the date of John's death. Sometimes, I have used "other trees on ancestry.com" I have used your tree to add some of the relatives.
