 | Vira Ackles-Little Daly Hi, I was just noticing the grave marker for Vira Little Daly and am wondering if you actually can tell me anything about this lady. She would be a great aunt of mine through my gr-gr-gr-grandfather's line. Her father was George Ackles and Louisa T. Walker-Ackles was her mother. I am interested in finding out her exact birthdate and I know that she was married to Harry Harvie Little in 1883 in La Grande, Union Co. OR. George and Louisa came from Missouri (actually George was born in OH to James and Elizabeth Rader-Ackles in 1832) and actually had quite a write up in the Oregon History and Bio section which I have a copy of for him. Louisa and George also had a son by the name of Neri who died in 1928 in Portland, OR. So if you can tell me anything about Vira I would greatly appreciate the information. Thanks, Melody | | | Cari Aiken
 | Freeman & M. Maude Monroe I was wondering if these happen to be relatives of yours? They are my gg grandparents. If you are related, I'd love to speak with you.
Thank you so much, Cari | | | c j
 | Mildred Brown - West Hills Thank you for the transfer of this memorial. She is a relative of my husbands. Also thank you for going the extra step & adding parents & children when you entered her memorial. This really helped confirm that we had the correct person, especially since she had moved out of state & we didn't know her married name. -cj & LarryAdded by c j on Aug 08, 2011 9:52 PM | | | Never Forgotten©2011-2013
 | Thank you! So much for the transfer of Nellie and John Starr. I truly appreciate your generosity! | | | Never Forgotten©2011-2013
 | Nellie I. Starr Dear Virginia - thank you for posting the headstone photo of Nellie Starr and her husband John Starr - I had been looking for them for years. Nellie's parents are buried at Tahoma Cemetery also.
I would be so delighted if you would consider transferring Nellie and John to my care (46921801), but if you would rather not, I would understand.
I have the following to offer, and request links:
Nellie I. Devereaux Starr (64077273) was born in Hayward, Freeborn County, Minnesota. Her parents were Jediah W. Devereaux (46550994) & Elizabeth Robinson Devereaux (46551056)
John and Nellie had one daughter, Marjorie Starr.
John Augustus Starr was born in Mt. Pleasant, Minnesota. His parents were Augustus Nathaniel Starr and Mary Rowley Starr. He died in Tacoma.
(His brother, Ard Starr, is also buried at Tahoma Cemetery).
After Nellie passed away, he remarried to Henrietta Starr, and they had two children:
Margarite Starr and Mary Louvine Starr.
Thank you so much.

 | Photo for Lester Bartell Virginia, Thanks for claiming this photo request but someone else already posted a photo for this person. I just want you to know so you will not duplicate efforts already made. Thanks you very much for being a photo volunteer. Bill Jonas | | | | [View all messages...] |
