I'm a former Army Sergeant living in Eastern Washington. My passion is family and that includes my fallen Brothers! I served in the Army for over 11 years, and all my duty stations never compared to Fort Stewart and the 3rd Infantry Division. If I have created a page for one of your family members or friends and any errors(including other memorials) that you may find, please send me any updated information. Transfers from me are to FAMILY members only.
Andrew Greeley Just posted Andrew Greeley monument photo. He is buried with his parents. Are you interested in their info and photo's. There is no marker for him other than the family monument. Bill Schultz
Fr. Andrew M. Greeley (burial place) DEAR OPYGUMP: Fr. Andrew Greeley was buried next to his mother and father in QUEEN of HEAVEN CEMETERY in Hillside, IL, a Chicago suburb. His stone is alleged to be installed, so a photo would also be welcome on his Find A Grave writeup. Thought you'd like to know. REGARDS, M.S. Kaiser, Jr. Find A Grave contributor
(P.S.--You may delete this after you note the cemetery and burial location. A photo of the new stone would be nice).
Terry DeChenne Hello, I am not maintaining any further memorials and have tried to provide the ones I've created to those who will care for them. If I requested this transfer it was long ago and I no longer want to be a part of Find a Grave. People on this site have been less than kind. Thank you, but I have returned this memorial to you.
RE: Paul Calhoon (Spokane,Wa) You are very welcome! I have met others that keep their info to themselves and won't share. I don't like that, so I try to help and not be like that. Your appreciation makes it all worthwhile. Thank you for letting me know-you made my day! Paul is my 2nd cousin 1x removed. Nannette
It's always disappointing to find a grave site without a some type of marker ... and if possible, I try to leave a photo of the "unmarked" site, along with the grave site information, and a photo with references of the site's location.
Hopefully the photo, may be helpful in locating the site should family members and/or friends are in the area, and wish to visit the grave site.
And of course, the photo can always be deleted, or replaced at the discretion of the memorial site manager, if they choose not to use it!
I always enjoy hearing from others who have dealt with these issues in the past, so appreciated your note!
