I specalize in babies (because they never got a chance) and veterans (because they gave us the chances that we have).
I'm hampered by 14K dial-up, so putting in fotos takes a while, be patient.
As a result of sub-service speed, I do most of my postings between 0400-0700 Texas time when internet usage is at a minimum.
Retired from GTE dba Verizon in Plano, Tx in 2007 after 27 years.
The dog in the foto is Precious, she is my constant traveling companion, mess with me and she goes into action, for real. !!!

RE: Thad Dunn, Richland Cem.
Thanks for your efforts though. I'm a long way from that cemetery. What I've been doing is trying to locate all his children and get them linked in. Call me "OCD". :) Thanks for the help though.

Hey I just read your info ! I loved it ! So awesome, my son was a submariner for 6 1/2 yrs (Toledo & Buffalo). We had a friend that was also retired Navy, he was on Enterprise, Fessenden & Long Beach. Love Navy people !

RE: Thad Dunn, Richland Cem.
I would be glad to enter that info on the photo request, but I can't figure out how. Is it in the "edit" option or on the photo request? Also on the note of the Dunns (which I've been working on lately) There is a missing son which appeared on the 1910 census but not the 1920 one (or anywhere else after that). His name is Albert Dunn, born about 1909. He would be the son of Thad Dunn. I'm guessing that he died between 1910 & 1920. I really appreciate the fact that you have a great "map". Old info is usually good info as cemeteries go.

RE: Lydia Tittle, Mexia Cem.
Hello, I should have done more research before sending the request for George Garrett Tittle. I looked just now and found his death certificate at He died in Cannon Co. 1932. He was listed as divorced from 'Lita Tittle', and he was 'killed by gun shot while in a fight'. He was sentenced to jail in Limestone Co. for a year for manufacturing spirits in 1923 The burial place is listed as 'Cannon Co.' June 15, 1932. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you very much for being so helpful.

RE: Gravley Cemetery, Ga.
Yes I was in the Navy from Nov 1964 to Feb 1969.
From Hinton go west on GA 53 to Ludville. In Ludville at the double churches turn left on Bryant Rd, go several hundred feet to the first road and turn right (sign says horse farm, don't remember the name) go to the end of the road. At the farm house you can see if anyone is at home, if not turn right and go down the dirt road to the gate. The gate is not locked, after opening and going thru the gate close and latch it. Continue up to the top of the hill, turn right and go straight ahead. The cemetery has a fence around it and some trees.
I don't think you can get to the cemetery from the other house off 53.
Use Google Maps to view the area and change to satellite view.
