Family history is a passion of mine. Knowing more about our ancestors and then locating their graves helps complete the story of one's life. For the last 15 years I have researched my own family history. I truly appreciate the service and time of strangers that have photographed my ancestors graves, homes and shared personal photos. In return, I have chosen to help others in their own pursuits of information especially with locating graves of loved ones. Cemeteries are exquisite places full of love and sorrow. As I photograph graves for others, I feel more closely connected to humanity.

RE: Hillside Cemetery
You're welcome. Several of us were up in the area for a week, and this was one of the cemeteries with relatives in it, that we visited. There will be more photos go up as we have time to upload.

Hillside Cemetery in Canisteo
I was there last week with two of my brothers, seeking distant relatives. We will be uploading quite a few photos for this cemetery as our individual time permits. We saw it was under photographed - although we didn't have time to do the whole cemetery, we divided up, stayed a few hours and did what we could.

The Abbey, Rosscarbery Square

Thanks for indexing so many graveyards in Cork. I was in Cork this spring and did not have time to photograph the Abbey cemetery in Rosscarbery. It is right off the town square; it was pointed out to me by a person driving me right by it. It seems to get overlooked a lot! If you were able to fit it in to your schedule or pass along the request for that cemetery to somebody who could do it, I'd be forever grateful. Thanks again.

Watson Ancestors
I have "Watson" ancestors. I live in the United States. It had been told we had a ancestor buried at Waringstown Church of Ireland Cemetery Country Down Northern Ireland. It seems I have just located who that ancestor was ANN WATSON,who Died 4th March 1888,Aged 75 Years.

My grandmother's grandfather Henry Watson came immigrated to the United States 1854-1857. Henry Watson was born Corcreeny, Ireland.

Henry Watson father was George Watson and it is believed George Watson parents to be William & Elizabeth Watson.

Siblings of Henry Watson were Uriah WATSON, Samuel Watson.

We also know Samuel Watson children two boys and three girls: Samuel Fredrick, Cecil, Eddith Elizabeth, Margaret and Easter. Samuel WATSON kin: A address for Samuel Watson I have is On August 6, 1923 his address: Ireland, County Down, Waringstown, Lurgan Road. Samuel Fredrick (b: Feb 1914) Cecil is 18 months February 1922 son of Samuel Watson.

We also were told Inside the church where the Cemetery is there is a plaque that has the name "Watson" on it entrance of the church. Do you or anyone else have any additional information in regards to the plaque inside the church? or anything else? Thank you.

grandparents' headstone
my sister recently visited the cemetery next to Christ the King church in Knocknagree. She took a picture of a headstone for Kathleen and Denis Kelleher who died in 1928. I wondered when and who had this headstone put there -we had been told our grandparents were buried there but there was no headstone. When I and other members visited Knocknagree, we did not see this headstone.
Do you have any information on this?
