Bio and Links
I was raised in Luxemburg, Wisconsin. Joined the Naval Reserve when I was a senior in high school. On April 19, 1965 I enlisted in the US Army and served a career of 21 years retiring as a 1st Sergeant. I had tours in Korea, Alaska, Thailand, Jordan, Mexico, Germany. I retired in 1986 from Fort A.P.Hill in VA. Retired from the Postal Service with 20 1/2 years of service in 2007. In doing my family research there is a history in our family of military service followed by the Postal Service. The search continues of my ancestors and would certainly look forward in hearing from living relatives that I've never met. I happened to find two cousins I didn't know I had two years ago and they have been very helpful in the searches.

RE: Richard Conway
Thanks again. Richard Eustace Conway and James Ashby Conway were brothers, sons of Richard Eustace Conway (1883-1943) and his wife, Mary Wallace Ashby (1885-1953). They had two older sisters, Mary Moncure (Conway) Lamb (1913-1979) and Katherine Holliday (Conway) Haymes (1915-2004).

I'm Sorry its called the "Genealogy of John Johnson of Roxbury". It is an early book by Paul Franklin Johnson. I got it at Higginson books in salem, ma. It looks like someone published a new book in 2009. Just be careful. You have to verify some of the data for accurate genealogy. But for the most part, the early info seems correct. Good Luck. I just realized there is a book called the descendents of John Johnson of Roxbury. It has some pretty good stuff on the early members, you might look it up.

Yes I am a descendent. I haven't researched Humphrey extensively as we are firming up our first 6 generations. If you have any info you find, I'd be happy to add it to my page.

RE: Duplications at Oak Hill
Good deal. Thanks for clearing those up. I have caught some of my own recently and check sometimes to see if anyone has added photos for places I didn't get to yet. Helps with dates. Big project!
