Bio and Links
Bio Photo Currently working on several trees. Born in Tampa, Florida, raised in Bayside, Queens County, New York City, New York, currently living in Northern New Jersey. Retired in 2008.On my mother's side there are Irish and German immigrants (mid 1800s) who lived and raised families in the New York City area. My grandmother on my father's side is the link that makes me a direct descendant of Edward Doty who came over on the Mayflower in 1620. There are generations of colonizers and pioneers on this side. My family on my father's side were pioneers who went from New England to Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Iowa and finally into the western states. I am trying to organize everything for future generations and to honor my ancestors who have been forgotten and struggled greatly to just to survive.I WILL GLADLY TRANSFER MEMORIALS TO RELATIVES OF ANYONE WHO I HAVE ADDED, PROVIDING THE INDIVIDUAL IS NOT PART OF MY OWN CLOSE FAMILY. PLEASE USE THE EDIT TAB ON THE MEMORIAL PAGE TO REQUEST TRANSFERS. YOU MAY ALSO USE ANY PHOTOS THAT I HAVE TAKEN FOR YOUR FAMILY TREES, ETC. PLEASE USE THE NEW "EDIT" TAB ON YOUR PROFILE PAGE TO REQUEST CHANGES, CORRECTIONS AND ADDITIONS ON MEMORIALS THAT I HAVE POSTED. RE: BROWN
I do believe you gave me this information before, and was going to do some research, but as it turned out, I forgot, and started doing other stuff. As for St. Mary's Cemetery, I stopped going thru the database. Not sure where I stopped, for I put my list in a closet and started with other projects. I'm surprised how many gravestones there are still to take in St. Mary's. Will see how the following months go to get to the Historical Society. With school being out, parking is easier to find.

Samuel Doty Sr.
Ken, would you have any information on Samuel's daughter, Elizabeth 'Doty' Martin. I'm trying to see if Elizabeth and David had a daughter, Mary Martin who married Joshua Atchley I in Middlesex County, N. J. ca. 1747. Any help would be appreciated, thank you and have a pleasant afternoon.
