Mary Charlottie Elizabeth FaubionDooley Mary Charlottie Elizabeth Faubion Dooley is my grandmother. My mother is Eunice Dooley. Does anyone know the correct relationship of Wallace Edwin Faubion to My grandmother, 'Lottie" Faubion Dooley. The orbituary says that Wallace was my grandmother's sibling, but that can't be correct. He was born after both my great-grand parents death.
When I was visiting my grandmother, I always thought that Wallace Edwin was one of Uncle Wiley's sons. My grandmother always told me that she had one brother, who had been dead a very long time.
If you know anything about Wallace Edwin Faubion, please let me know.
Isaiah Jefferson Hello, I am the great great great granddaughter of Isaiah Jefferson and Frances Ann Ramsey Jefferson. My gg grandfather was Hailey Ramsey Jefferson and my grandfather was Henry Clay Jefferson who married Sarah Ann Hicks (Hix) on 29 Nov. 1888. He died 10 Jan 1895 when my grandmother was 5. I have read some of the posts but they seem to concentrate on the Ramsey side. Have you heard from anyone on the Jefferson side of the family.
Also, since Isaiah died in Pittsylvania Co., VA I assume he is buried in that general area. Any confirmation on that? My personal email is firstname.lastname@example.org if anyone would need it.
Herbert Sherk Unfortunately, I had to decline your edit indicating he was born in Pennsylvania and died in Tennessee. The Social Security Death Index (which I've posted to his memorial) indicates he was born in the State of Wyoming.
Also, regarding the other edit you sent me for him asking me to add the middle name of "Richard" to his memorial, could you please send me your source for that information.
Hailey Bennett Ramsey This side of the Ramsey family has been looking for a while for our great grandfather, and here he is. His wife Lucy is buried in the Ramsey plot in Petersburg Va. Blandford cemetery along with our grandfather and their son Isaiah, his son and our father Isaiah Rudolph and his wife Eugenia Tucker and numerous other family members are also buried there. We have hit brick walls attempting to find Lucys first husband but got lucky with finding an old newspaper article. Now we can trace our heritage directly to Thomas Francis Ramsey. God Bless them all.
Glenwood Cemetery, Beeville, TX I wonder if I may have your permission to use your cemetery photo on my family website. Check it out at http://freienmuth-shortridge.com/ernst/buchheim-cemeteries.html. This is how I'd be using the photos and obituaries I find on Find A Grave, with 'used with permission' in the caption.
