Bio Photo I'm so glad they created this website for our loved ones. I think it is a great place to visit your relatives and leave flowers for them. I recently started looking to find my ancestors of where I came from. I am addicted to genealogy now. Burial Unknowns
Was searching for Troutman family and ran across your memorials. Final disposition is to be found within 30 days of making a memorial - i.e. cannot leave them as a "burial unknown" even though that is an option. We are to find if they are cremated, buried where or donated to science. Thank you for your contributions to Findagrave.

Severy Cemetery
Hello Craig. I visited the Severy Cemetery about two weeks ago.6-6-2014. If you have not been there, it sits on the north side of the old highway, about on the NW side of Severy. It is now known as the Greenwood Co. cemetery. The old stones are very weathered and hard to read. That part of Kansas is somewhat wet and humid, and the lesser quality stone has not lasted. Because of this, I was not able to find the Munday markers, but later that day I located a 90 year old relative that still lives near Severy, and he told me where to look. The Munday's are buried along the east edge of the cemetery. Something interesting was that the pictures in this website look as though the long tall markers might be five or six feet tall. They are about 2-3 ft. tall and about 6-8 inches square at the base.I was not able to find any of the children's graves, due to the condition of the markers.

RE: Skinner Family
Thanks, Craig!

I am going to try and get a hold of my Grandpa today to see if he knows about Paul Sr. having been remarried and having another child. If his sister, Erma, ever shared that information with anyone, it would have been my Grandpa. It will be interesting to see if he ever knew about Johnny.

RE: Skinner Family
I was just curious approximately when that reunion was to get a better idea of how old Tony and Pam may have been. If it was in the late 50's, they would have been teenagers. I, personally, am not in direct contact with either one of them, but I am in touch with Tony's son and Pam's oldest child.

When I talk with my Grandpa again, I will see what he knows of Erma and Paul Sr.'s marriage, as Erma was his half-sister, and they were very close.

Did Paul Sr.'s son from his 2nd marriage have any children?

I look forward to seeing those photos when you get around to it. I completely understand the time it takes to go through photos....I'm still looking for some more of Tony.

Skinner Family
I saw you mentioned that your mother remembers meeting Paul Jr. and Pam at a family reunion. Does she remember what year that was?
I am amazed at all of the distant relatives I have run across on here and As siblings grow up and move on in their own directions, their families grow apart, so a lot of cousins, etc. don't know each other. That's why I love these sites!

RE: Skinner Family
I wrote to one of the people I "know" from the Skinner line (I've never met her, just through facebook), and she has never had any knowledge of her mom's father's family (which would be Paul Skinner Sr.). So, it sounds like she would be interested in learning more about her biological grandfather and his family. I look forward to sharing information with you and learning more about the Skinners.
