I am originally from the Vicksburg, Mississippi area. I also lived in Utica, Mississippi for quite a few years. I have lived in Grand Junction, Colorado since 1987. My husband and I were married in 1969 and moved out west in 1987. We have three children and two fantastic grandchildren and three wonderful step-grandchildren. I am very interested in genealogy. As a matter of fact, I am addicted to genealogy. My family research includes the sir names Heggins or Higgins from Mississippi and Texas areas, Jones from Mississippi, Adisano of New York and Cagle from the Mississippi area. Anyone having information, please don't hesitate to email me. |
If anyone sees any mistakes in my work, please don't hesitate to let me know so that I can correct it. Also, anyone having pictures, obituaries or any information they want added to a memorial, please send them to me and I'll be glad to add them. Thanks

You print her death date 1990 and you can clearly see on her headstone its 1999. I'm wondering if you can please fix that.
I couldn't help but notice that one of your lines was Cagle. I have a Cagle ancestor, Nancy Ann Cagle who married Charles Bookout ca. 1780. I've never been able to definitively get any farther. I've come across some who said her father was Wilhelm Cagle and some who said Leonhart Cagle. I've never been able to sort out just where she belongs. Just thought it was worth a shot to ask you if you knew this branch of the Cagle family. Also thanks for your approval of my edit on Julia Landsdown.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find that you had posted a headstone picture in 2012 on the above Memorial. I had been informed in 2011 there was no marker found.
I'm just trying to finish up some family information and ran across this. Thank you so much for taking/posting the picture of this headstone. It's so beautiful and very fitting for the baby.

May I have permission to use the photo of the headstone for tis memorial for my family tree I'm putting together for my son? I try to share whatever information, docs, etc that I have to help others build their family trees. It's almost impossible to do it without help from other genealogy geeks.
