Hi Graceti, thank you for calling this to may attention. I am working on this family now.
Find A Grave now has a new place to add memorials for those not in the US and I did not see it at first.
Then Find A Grave pointed it out to me.
Thank you for your sharp eye.

He should qualify for a "famous" memorial if you want to do his bio which is in the public domain at Wikipedia.

Ross/Benitez at Mount Royal Cemetery
I cried when I saw the photos you posted. Thank you so very much!

John Ross and Mathilda Hamilton Ross were my 2nd great grandparents.

I'm still working on getting all of the family connected at Mount Royal.

Thank you again!

RE: Ball Gravestones
I simply can't express my delight in finding the names that I was looking for with the last information that you shared with me!! I did make a memorial to all that I wanted, and also requested a photo. Oh, I'm so excited to perhaps finally get photos of these stones! (As you can tell, I'm fully into genealogy!) Now, I will anticipate photos if I am lucky--if not, at least I know where they are buried! I truly, truly, appreciate your help. It gives me a new incentive for myself to continue taking photos for "Find a Grave" where I live in Northern Maine. Thank you so very much. You were so helpful to give me that internet site!!

RE: Ball Gravestones
There are no memorials for the Ball's that I seek, so can't request a photo. I also am a volunteer for "Find a Grave', but just don't know how to obtain a photo without a place to request it. I have been told the stones I am seeking are in that cemetery, so I went to see who took some of the photos from that cemetery, and got your name. I really don't know where to go from here. Thank you for your time and your interest.

Sarah McNeil, Shrewsbury
Hi Graceti:

Thank you for catching the accidental duplication of Sarah McNeil. I have deleted the duplicate.

I sifted through the pictures I took at Shrewsbury this summer, and added about 45 pictures and 20 new records to the St. John's Cemetery. Unfortunately, Sarah was a duplicate of the record you had already created.

Best regards,
Michael Moore
