Thanks
Thanks for your time and effort. Just thought I'd provide an update for John Gabriel May and His sister Josephine (May) Sale. Their mother's name is Robinette Crump (no "t" at the end). I f you get this can you verify the last name as being Sale with no "s".

Thanks again,

Patrick Howard

Thank you for being an awesome find a grave photo volunteer!! :--)
You mentioned in the comments on this photo request that there is no marker, but that you had photographed the location. Will you please post that location photo to the memorial?
Much appreciated!

Martha Holme Edwards - FAG# 52341725
Hello and thank you for posting a photo of Martha Holme Edwards' grave stone. I was wondering if you would give me permission to use your photo in my Ancestry.com file for Martha. I only wish to use it for genealogical purposes and in the description of the photo I put a blurb about receiving permission from the owner and if others wish to use the photo they should be respectful and contact the owner for permission as well.

Thanks for your consideration.

Early Oregonians - search
The Oregonian newspaper with it's several name changes has span much of Oregon's History. If you are in the Portland area. Go to the Main Library in downtown Portland and request a library card so that you can use their microfilm room where it is on microfilm. Also, use their online service where the Oregonian newspaper is searchable online. You do not have to be living in Portland to use it for FREE. It covers areas of time not covered by the University of Oregon Library. It also uses a different search engine. Using the two to search the same topic is important.
