If you are volunteering to take a marker photo for me PLEASE take pictures of the full marker and close-up shots if it is an older, worn marker where the details are hard to read. I would also not mind having a plot photo. Also, please do NOT use chalk.

I have been taking photos of cemeteries and grave stones for over 20 years, starting back in the late '80s.

I've always enjoyed strolling through old cemetaries, taking in the history and admiring old headstones.

I mostly use Findagrave for genealogical research for various branches of my family tree including Streetman, Willis, Hendon, Price, Cook, Walling, Luce, Sims, Spence, Fulgham, Dean, Williams and Rogers, Alston, Alford, and more. After realizing how much this site has helped me I've decided to return the favor and help others.
