Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have always been interested in family history, asking questions since I was a little girl. I took a genealogy class at church, and that was when my life changed forever. I was introduced to the computer, and the internet.
I have found people I didn't know. I found out their life stories, some of which really surprised and at times shocked me. I have also found living cousins who share my passion or a better word now is addiction.
I have also met some wonderful friends.

But, with the good comes the bad. I have also met some really mean people too. And, in this wonderful business of searching out and preserving our family history, this makes me sad.

I do want to point out, that I appreciate all of the volunteers who have created these memorials, and the volunteers who take and post photos on this site. As in anything worthwhile, it really does take a village. We cannot do all of this alone.

With that said, I am not interested in having memorials of people I am not in some way related to, or do not know. I only want to manage family, which includes extensions of my family, and a few friends.

If I have a duplicate, it was NOT created on purpose. If I am aware of one, I try to rectify that, and ask for cooperation, not a power struggle over "ownership". To me, that is either silly, or selfish. I also don't need anyone to lecture me. I am an adult. I have reasonable thinking abilities, and I am willing to work with anyone if approached in a respectful, and courteous manner.

I understand the "guidelines" of Find-A-Grave, for direct family lines, and transfers.
I personally feel that family memorials should be willingly and lovingly transferred to family members. We are the ones who truly care about them.

I do not need to manage all of them, but I do want them to be as correct as possible, therefore,I have done a lot of edit requests.

I always leave a flower on their memorials, out of love, respect, and as a reminder that I was there to provide correct information and family links.

My core family names are:
Paternal:White,Sarvis,Kay,Little, Heffner.
Maternal: Deicken, Hellweg, Walkenhorst, Kemner.

If I can be of help to anyone, please ask.
Carol Lynn

I called the number that you gave me and they had no record of him being buried their either. Thanks for your help in trying to figure this out on his whereabouts of internment. I will just give this a rest and move on.

This is how I am related. My cousin married a lady with a maiden name of Gallob. She has been wanted to do her genealogy. I told her I would help her so I have connected her family into my tree. Her mother's maiden name is Kunze. Hope this sheds some light your way.

Thanks for the info on John Lester Berryhill.

Find A Grave Memorial# 112617577

I have requested a photo request for John Lester Berryhill. The recipient of the photo request has talked with the people who holds the cemetery records, they said there is no John Lester BerryHill in this cemetery according to their records. I find this odd. I am hoping you may be able to shed some light my way with this matter. It is showing you are the manager of his memorial so I thought possibly you would know something about his whereabouts. Thanks for all you do for others. I love your bio which reminds me that I need to set up my bio.

Raymond "Nick" Bowman
There is no record of Nicks plot. I believe he was cremated. The obit reads he will be buried in Toledo at a later date. I don't think he has been interred yet.

Mabel Alice Green
Hi, just to confirm that Mabel Alice Green was cremated at Rookwood Crematorium on 10th December 1931. Her Ashes were collected by the family.

Harold remarried in 1935 to Elsie Irene Musgrave (not sure if this is a previous married name or her birth name). As it was Harold’s second marriage it was probably Elsie’s as well).

Harold was cremated at Rookwood Crematorium on the 13th March 1963 and his ashes scattered in a rose garden within the Rookwood Memorial Gardens and Crematorium Area.

Therefore there are no plaques etc ., for either Mabel or Harold but there is one for Elsie but that may not be of Interest to you.
Mabel & Harold’s Children’s names: Geoffrey, Ronald & Margaret.

Note: in all cases these are for Rookwood Memorial Gardens & Crematorium, NOT Rookwood Cemetery /Necropolis which is in the same vicinity. The Crematorium is on separate acreage denoted for cremation memorials only.

Details are:
Harold Stanley GREEN. Died 11th March 1963 - Cremated Rookwood - 13th March 1963 (Scattered in Rose Garden)
Mabel Alice GREEN. Died 9th December 1931 – Cremated Rookwood - 10th December 1931 (Collected)
Elsie Irene GREEN. Died 21st October 1962 – Cremated Rookwood - 24th October 1962 (Placed in Wall PB 61)

If you would like a transcript of Harold’s death/funeral notice and a copy of Mabel’s death notice from the newspaper drop me an email at
