|My husband and I have been taking cemetery photos for many years. I am most grateful to those, who have shared their time, knowledge, and Headstone Photos. |
Any photos we have taken are in the public domain. Feel free to add them to your Family Tree. Please give appropriate credit.
We have especially tried to honor our Veterans by posting their Headstone photos on Findagrave. They deserve to be remembered.
Unfortunately, we have found that some of the older headstones are very damaged and faded, which makes them almost unreadable. We are careful not to harm the headstones when taking the photos. We do our best to take the most readable photos possible.
I will gladly transfer memorials of those unrelated to me.

This is the memorial # for Mary Stafford Rogers Webb wife of Nutter Webb. These are my 2 great grandparents and I am sorry to tell you that Mary Stafford Webb is not buried in the Webb cemetery. I live about 15 miles from there and I found the cemetery back in 1997 before it was cleaned and my husband and I have visited frequently. I noticed you had a picture of his headstone but not of hers. Mary Stafford Rogers died in circa 1870, she was living with her son George Rogers in Big Bend and attended the Yellow Creek church. We have reason to believe that she is buried at the Cottrell Cemetery in Calhoun County. thank you I would appreciate your correcting this for us.

Can you please check the numbers and resubmit for me?

I have linked him to his parents. I envy you your trip as I am not longer able to travel back to my home state of West Virginia. That's why I'm grateful for photo volunteers like you!!

I see that you have Mary Stafford Webb buried at the Webb Cemetery in Smithville, West Virginia. She is my 2nd great grandmother and I live about 30 miles from this cemetery and I have never seen her place of burial as Webb Cemetery. Can you please tell me where you got this information? so that I can update and verify my records? My husband and I located the cemetery in 1993 before it was cleared and photographed. When we visited it we have never seen anything to let us know she is there. I would appreciate what ever you can do to help me find what I need to verify it. Thanking you in advance.

Attached his parents. I am not related to the Zinn family that I am aware of. If I have a relative of yours and they aren't related to us will gladly transfer, but please make request thru edit.
