I was born in southwestern Minnesota and now live in the Twin Cities. |
My wife introduced me to genealogy in 1998. Since then I've discovered a little Scottish in my otherwise Norwegian and German ancestry.
The cemeteries of Rock County, Minnesota (Maplewood, St. Catherine's Catholic and Memory Gardens also known as Restlawn Memorial Gardens, and Luverne Memorial Gardens) are of particular interest to me.
My goal is to keep families connected to their ancestors through Find A Grave. I will gladly transfer memorials to family members.
Please submit any additions or corrections to me under "EDIT" and "SUGGEST A CORRECTION" on the memorial site.

The memorial page for Bryn Taylor Alsworth, that you added 6 July 2014, has a duplicate memorial page created by Ruthless (#48652232), 11 January 2016. There is a photo, but no family links. I believe they should be merged or one removed. I found these while looking for another Alsworth.
I was delighted to find your Find A Grave photo of the stone for Osmond and Clara Berkland, who are my antecedents -- distantly. The only information I have on them is from their stone in the Bethlehem cemetery. I know they had a son, Oscar Alexander, but I cannot find any reference to him. Might he be in the Bethlehem cemetery as well? He was born ca. 1882 and was confirmed at Bethlehem. Any direction you can provide for continuing my search will be appreciated greatly.

I apologize if I didn't send you a thank you for a photo you took for me back in April 2015. Somehow the notice got into an old folder for a cemetery that I was working on. I do appreciate the photo.

I've been adding a lot of Musser family information in the last two weeks. Exactly which edits do you wand documentation for? Irene (Musser) Wellin was my aunt and Lloyd Musser was her brother. I found a lot of dates, photos and places on "Ancestry.com" and have added them to my database, as well as updating the corresponding Find-A-Grave memorials. I can send you the 1930, 1920, 1940 Censuses that show the Lloyd Musser was the son of Oliver S. Musser and Augusta Ferrier. I've also contacted Brad Moe, and Stephen Ovecka, who are related to the Mussers, for varifications.
