Bio and Links
Bio Photo Father of four, two surviving, grandfather of two, and a believer that looking backwards is a bad way to drive a car, but a great way to value life, at least when we appreciate the gifts to us all that our forebears left us.

I'm also a bit of a scavenger, and a puzzle solver. I have to thank my grandfather's first wife, Ila Madine Kiser Stilson, whose initials on her gift to him nearly a hundred years ago today ("IK to FS {19}'09) were the only clue I had in this world to the mystery of her identity. Can't wait to meet her, after a few more years of this life, that is. His love for her reminded me that we owe a lot to those who went before us, even those we don't yet know.

What an honor to share photos and locations of burial sites of friends' relatives.

RE: Elizabeth A Wilmer Lardner
There's too many Wilmers married to Lardners.
Are you related to the Lardners, or just posting names?

RE: George and Sophia Russel Memorials
Thank you. I feel the memorials are in good hands. Even thought in a country setting, the Fairview Cemetery is fenced and well kept. Find A Grave has presented a great way to preserve the final resting place of our ancestors.

Dear David,

Thank you so much for this transfer. Strangely enough, my first teaching job was in Hartford, New York. I was not doing any genealogy work at that time and did not know I had extensive family there. What a very small world "6 degrees"

RE: Josph Barnett
Hi David,

Thank you again. Joseph is a Barnett but I am not certain he is in my tree so I don't think I need him transferred at this time.

I am off and working on the "Conlon" now too.

Thank you, again.

RE: Dr M Josephine Deubler
Thank you for the Deubler transfers. They are my wife's family. There were several Deubler veterinarians, including Josephine, Ezra, L. Pearson, Ernest.
