Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been adding older memorials in my area over the winter months and plan to go out, find and photograph them when it warms up. Any information you have to add to any of my memorials would be appreciated. I search the old newspapers for old obits. and also look up the death certificates, as sometimes the obit. does not give specific birthdates, parents, etc...this information is not always correct, but if it is there, I will list it and make a note where that info. came from. If you want me to add information or change anything, please list your source.

I have no problem with transfers if they are not related to me.

Any of my headstone photos may be used anywhere you'd like, I only ask that you give me credit for the photo.

RE: Tilman Tolbert
Thanks. Was Benjamin the same man who served with Co. H, 7th Pennsylvania Reserves (36th Pennsylvania Infantry) and buried in Lakeside Cemetery in Erie?

Also, while I read Tilman's service records and his pension, I did not record his height, hair color, and eye color. Can you find them?

Jonathan G Strine #141240221

Dear Karen,

I just wanted to reply back to you that the photos you posted are for the correct Jonathan G Strine family.
Since there isn't a Find A Grave memorial page for his daughter A(nna) Margaret Strine, I will create one and place the grave marker photo you took onto her memorial page, and give credit to you for her photo. I had no idea where she was buried, so you finding her grave marker inscription is greatly appreciated.

Thank you again. Your help, photos, and your time are greatly appreciated.

Rebecca Strine

Karen, his wife Caroline buried with him? Samuel's father had two sisters Anna Catarina born abt 1754 and Elizabeth abt 1755 and both married Jacob Reichard. They all removed from Berks Co., to Franklin Co. Any help on their burial would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Daryl
