Bio and Links
Bio Photo Been doing genealogy since 2000. Been photographing tombstones since 2002.

If you take a picture of a marker you should check the plot for other members of that family. Normally all members of a plot are family members even it they may have different surnames

To me the plot is more important then the one grave. If you find more family in the plot and want credit for them tell me and I will add the memorials and request pictures.

If I take a marker I will always check the area for more members of the family or take the others in the plot.

If you want a high-resolution image I keep the photo about a month or so. Or if local I can get them again.

Please note: Only speaking for myself and the photos that I take. Findagrave does have rules you should be aware of regarding copy or using photographs posted. Copywrite laws, etc. Please do not take this as permission for all photos at findagrave.

I am giving my permission for you to use my photos in any way you see fit for your family. To me they are just a rock with letters on them.

Request for Family Links / Transfers

I have been getting a number of weird requests in the last few months.

1. I double check all requests.
My checks many times add family links to the memorials.

2. If you tell me they are your relatives. I must assume they are my relatives too. I have the better claim. Tell me how your related!

On they have "U.S., Burial Registers, Military Posts and National Cemeteries, 1862-1960", don't trust the index, LOOK at the IMAGE!

Thanks Phillip. Weather has been great for pictures lately. Took my granddaughter (7 years old) the other day to Arlington Park Cemetery. Cut our trip early to take a wounded / sick Coopers hawk to the Humane Society veterinary clinic to see if they could help it. She loved the whole experience. Frank

RE: Mary Daszyk

Thanks so much Phillip again for the photo and looking at the back. The cemetery record is wrong her last name is Darzyk (but I put Daszyk so someone looking her up could find her). I was actually in Milwaukee Sunday and was able to do a stone rubbing -- definitely birth year 1840 and definitely Mary Darzyk -- thus the right marker. Thank you for your diligence!

Phillip, I discovered at one time I got a copy of that area. A few names have M by the names. I must have tried but gave up but that was a couple of years ago. One of those things I put aside and hadn't gotten back to until now. Anyways, if you email me I could send it to you.

Hey Phillip,

I know you know these areas so well so I wanted to ask you about an infants grave. I just added a page for this baby born Nov 8, 1934 and died Jan 3,1935.
I didn't make a photo request yet, but he is buried at Holy Cross, Block 17, Section A, Row 9, Grave 128.

I believe that there is no marker. Is this an area that you can pinpoint enough to get a wide shot? I know some areas are just so barren. Let me know if you think you can get a photo. I can add a request if need be. His memorial number is #148361930.
