Bio Photo ** Do not copy my picture to another memorial on Find A Grave. Ask for me to copy them. **

PLEASE USE THE "EDIT" TAB on the Memorial FOR ANY AND ALL ADDITIONS, CORRECTIONS, TRANSFERS, ETC.
****************************************************************

On ancestry.com they have "U.S., Burial Registers, Military Posts and National Cemeteries, 1862-1960", don't trust the index, LOOK at the IMAGE! The last column says what happen to the body.
http://search.ancestry.com/search/db.aspx?dbid=3135

That index should be named "What happen to those who died at the Wood VA hospital"

Request for Family Links / Transfers !! Use EDIT tab on memorial !!

I have been getting a number of weird requests in the last few months.

1. I double check all requests.
My checks many times add family links to the memorials.

2. If you tell me they are your relatives. I must assume they are my relatives too. I have the better claim. Tell me how your related!
----------------------

Been doing genealogy since 2000. Been photographing tombstones since 2002.

If you take a picture of a marker you should check the plot for other members of that family. Normally all members of a plot are family members even it they may have different surnames

To me the plot is more important then the one grave. If you find more family in the plot and want credit for them tell me and I will add the memorials and request pictures.

If I take a marker I will always check the area for more members of the family or take the others in the plot.

If you want a high-resolution image I keep the photo about a month or so. Or if local I can get them again.

RE: Santi
Wow, thank you for the transfer offer, Philip. Would you prefer an individual request on each memorial, or a list of memorial IDs?

Alicz grave photos
Phillip,
Thank you for all the photos of the Alicz plots in Milwaukee. Disappointing that there aren't any markers though. I've found a lot of that with family graves down in the Chicago area.
As far as the Nicholas Alicz information, I inherited that memorial from someone else so I'm not sure how they came up with that information. If you get any more info on it please let me know. I'm hoping to make a trip there some day in the spring and hopefully there is an office that I can get some information on. Maybe I'll look on line for a phone number to call also.
Thanks again,
Bob Alicz

RE: Kenneth Jeske
Phillip,

Thanks so much for providing me with the photo of Kenneth Jeske's Crypt. I was able to add it to our family tree. Kenneth is my father's first cousin. I have many family members there. Your help is greatly appreciated because I am in a wheel chair and I'm unable to get the pictures myself. If I need more pictures in the future, can I call upon you again?

Thanks again and have a great day!

Sincerely,

Laurie Seegert Davis

RE: Mount Olivet Cemetery - Milwaukee
Yes, a common name pretty much everywhere. Just thought I'd give it a shot. Thanks!

Mount Olivet Cemetery - Milwaukee
Hi Phillip,

Any chance you have records for this cemetery? Specifically, I am looking for a Frank Miller who died in the late 70's. He was the husband of Elaine Miller (158563234) and the father of Barbara Ann (160519334). With the name of Miller - it's hard to narrow it down without having more specifics. I have asked the family but the answers aren't immediately available so I thought I 'd check with you to see if maybe you might have some resources that aren't available to me right now.
Thanks!
