Please let me take a moment to thank each and every one of you that leaves a token on any of my memorials. You will never know how much it means to me and how thankful I am for caring people like you!

I am very active here and am happy to do links, add bios, etc. So there is no confusion, please suggest your corrections through the Edit tab on the memorial, not on my profile page; or worse yet, the flower section of the memorial.

The photographs I add to this site are copyrighted. PLEASE do not lift my photographs without my permission. You may use my photos only for your personal use — they ARE NOT TO BE PASTED ON OTHER WEBSITES!

I have filled photo requests with absolutely no acknowledgement only to find the requester then lifted my photo and posted it as their own to the spouse after the spouse passed. I blur out the image of a living spouse if there is a double headstone to protect the privacy of the living. It also stops or slows down those who post my work as their own.

I generally will not link to unknown burials. After getting out and photographing cemeteries, I have found a lot of the unknown burials and things get really messy. This site is, after all, Find A Grave.

Under "Help" is the following information:
Burial Details Unknown: Find a Grave's purpose is to catalog and make available final disposition information. If burial information is unknown for an individual, Find a Grave is probably not the right place for their information. In rare cases, creating a Find a Grave memorial for someone with no burial information may be warranted, but these should be uncommon. If it is too soon after someone's passing for burial information to be known, please wait to create the memorial.

" Admins won't knowingly link any memorial of unknown disposition. We should not expect you to link them either. Posted by: Mark-Find a Grave Curator"

I am very generous with transfers; however, please remember that I have done the locating, researching, picture taking, linking, etc. I am thrilled when I can transfer memorials to family but if you are "collecting" names in your family tree, I am not obligated to transfer outside of Find a Grave guidelines.

After using the mobile app, my profile page got all kinds of messed up....
