Duh, I remember my specific question now. Do you know if the Shuttlesworth that was related to the John William Kornegay you have on findagrave was related to Mary Jane Shuttlesworth Kornegay, the mother of Ida Maranda Kornegay Swindal?

Michael, I have seen the Kornegay name several times in my search of information related to Perry County, Alabama. Ida Maranda and her family was the first one I had found with a remote connection to my family. She married a Swindal and a gg uncle and two second cousins, twice removed married siblings of her husband. Her two sons served the country well so I tried to make sure I could find as many links for them as I could.
