I have been doing family reserch for abt 40 years, thanks to my sister, Susan Bower Litzenberger. My Mother, Noreen French Bower, my Sis and I have traveled all over the country hunting down our hardworking ancestors. We go back to William Brewster of The Mayflower so have a lot of US History of which we are very proud.|

Hello! I saw your post to the creator of the Find A Grave memorials for William & Phetna Holland. William's brother, Harrison, is my 3rd great grandfather, so we are distantly related. Still, I love to make new acquaintances with people who share family history. I would love see what you have on William and Phetna. Would you share your lineage with me? I would be glad to share mine with you and whatever info you might like. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you for maintaining cousin Hulda's memorial page. I am Marjorie Harms #46971222. My mother was her first cousin.
Hulda was the daughter of George Flaming Klassen & Anna Thiessen. Anna Thiessen was born in Nebraska 4 May 1882.
Anna's father was David B Thiessen Find A Grave Memorial# 32942359. Her mother was Anna Sawatzky Thiessen Find A Grave Memorial# 25238119.
I would appreciate it if you would make these changes if you are a relative, or transfer it to me so I could make them.
I would also like to add her photos, but the limit has been meet already.

The request for photo of the subject person was fulfilled by you however it is still showing open. Perhaps you might want to "fulfill" it to remove it from the current requests.

FYI: I just posted a very interesting bio for your grandfather that was published in 1914. If you have not seen it, it will be a treasure for you. Best wishes.

Oh, Diane, I'm sorry.
The first photograph in the US was taken 1839-40. Dr Ben was born in 1821, he'd be 18 at that time. His brother, Robert, was born in 1828. There were 7 years between them. The boys in that photo are much closer in age.
I'm so sorry, but it doesn't add up to me.

You have a photo attached to Dr. Benjamin Newland, Find A Grave Memorial# 43166834.
I don't think that photo belongs to him. Dr. Ben Newland was born in 1821, camera's were just being developed and weren't common. Also, I have found no evidence of the family living in Texas. They were in Indiana.
You might take a new look at the photo, but I believe it needs to be removed.

Sorry about that, someone else sent me the photo and evidently did not "claim" it on Find A Grave I apologize Kris Thanks for going out there though

Thank you for the info. Apparently, the person taking the photo didn't know how to fulfill the request the right way, not sure what to do to get it off. Red
