I live in Isabella County, Michigan - in the middle of the mitten!|
I'd be happy to visit cemeteries in Clare, Isabella, Gladwin, Gratiot, Mecosta, Montcalm, and Midland counties - plus others that are near me.

No problem -- your picture is clearer, anyhow. No idea who put in the photo request. Thanks!

Hi Heather, Please do use any of my photos, I Love to share. I have been meaning to contact you for quite a while now, because I've seen your postings and knew that there was a connection. In fact I stole some of your photos before I read the rules. We should compare notes. We may be able to help each other with our trees. Would you like me to send my "Ancestry" tree to you? Thomas & Louisa are my Great-Great Grandparents. The photo (and many others) came down to me from my Grandmother, Helen Marie (Spicer) Peters. Take Care, Chuck Brandon #48002728.

Thanks Heather. I was able to read the letters under his dates. It's a phase in Latin "Requies In Pace" -- translation is "May he rest in peace."

Thank you so much for this picture! Much appreciated!
Thanks so much for the photos of Elzy Dush's stone. I appreciate it. Dush served in the same Civil War outfit as my great grandfather, thus my interest.
