The grave photo you have put on his site is incorrect. That picture belongs to another Robert Hooke who is son of another Robert Hooke.

RE: John Sellers Cemetery
I know that 'cemetery' is very, very old. John's wife, Catherine, died and was buried there in 1835 on what was once their homestead, but there may have been earlier burials. I wonder if there are indeed inscriptions on the older stones there now but that they have simply sunk far enough down to where the inscriptions are below the surface?

Thanks for the Military marker but could you also add the big stone that has his wife Bessie on it?

John Sellers Cemetery
David,

Thanks for the photo of the memorial marker for John and Katherine Sellers in the John Sellers cemetery. Much appreciated. Do you have any idea whether there are any legible inscriptions or marking on the older stones still standing, especially those around the memorial marker?

Thanks!

Michael Sellers
