David Allen and Mary Jane Green grave location
Would you please verify the exact location of the grave of David Allen and Mary Jane Green? You have them listed as being in the Smith Cemetery in Wood County (assume meaning the one listed as East Point) but the picture appears to be in an open area. The picture taken by Nancy Faulk Adams of that cemetery looks to be in a very wooded location. The picture of the cemetery with the Smith Cemetery gate (right on the Wood-Upshur line) doesn't have them to my knowledge as that is where my dad's family is buried and I have never seen this marker. They are my GG Grandparents and I would l love to visit their grave. If at East Point, is that cemetery accessible? Thanks so much!

James Alfred Snider Grave
I was looking at the grave pictures and noticed that my great grandfather/grandmother's grave is listed under GREEN and not SNIDER. Please check that picture in Smith Cemetery. My GGM was Lorah Hamey Green and married James Alfred Snider.
Also, I would like to visit with you sometime about any information you might have on the Green family from Lorah and back. I am doing research on her family for UDC; it appears that there were 5 of her brothers who joined the 46th Alabama Infantry with two of them dying during the war. I live in Tyler.

problem. The pict. you have on John Lester Baber is not for John. It is Judge Lester Baber's marker. John Lester died in 1979. Not 1967. Will you please take it off and re add it to Judge's page as soon as I request it. I have to make the page first. Thanks so much.

Name: John Lester Baber
Gender: Male
Marital status:
Death date: 08 Jan 1979
Death county: Wood
Death place: Wood, Texas, United States

I would like to let you know that you have a grave listed in the wrong cemetery. The Smith cemetery you have listed as being in Wood Co., Texas is really in Upshur co., Texas. My parents are in this cemetery. I have been to the Smith cemetery in Wood Co. It is about 2 miles from where I live and it has not been in use in 30 or so years. It is in the wood and you have to walk quite a way to get to it. Hope this will help you.
