Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am the former County Keeper for Taney County, MO with Find A Grave, and am also the Cemetery Co-Chair for the White River Valley Historical Society (Find A Grave name: WRVHS) In addition, I'm researching my family history, and have setup virtual cemeteries for each of the direct surnames in my line - direct ancestors and their siblings. If you need changes made to any memorials that I've set up, please contact me! I am also happy to transfer non-related memorials upon request, and if related, would love to share information with you!

RE: James Perry
Hi Leslie! Sorry it's been so long. I have been working on my grandmother's side -- Kennedy/Murphy.

I'll email you on the address you gave. Getting into Perrys now. James M.'s parents Nathaniel and Margaretta Matilda Coburn are quite mysterious. Not a lot on either one of them out there.

re: Richard Carter
the stone is for Richard Carter. I cropped it to just the name so maybe you'll see that it does not say George.

RE: Family Connection
Thank you for getting back with me Leslie. I had a wonderful chat with Vonda Sheets yesterday. She has reached out to me with regard to several family lines out your way. I think for now I have most of my questions all filled in. The last year has been quite a wonderful learning experience and I have fallen in love with the Ozark area. I am blessed to have many of these families open their doors and photo albums not to mention the fantastic stories and history. Right now I am finalizing a DNA project with some of these families, so that's a busy time. I should be out in your area towards the end of the summer to have a visit. Many Agee family moved to Oregon along with my Younger, Burnett, Goodall & Todd lines. I live next to the Agee Cemetery and their old property. I am more than happy to look into that whenever you need.

Take good care and we will chat sometime soon,

Family Connection
Hello Leslie,

I have tried many times to get in contact with you with regard to the Weatherman family and Gann family. I see now you have Agee family in y our line and I am next to Agee Cemetery here in my state from my line that has many family members from Missouri. A lot has happened in the last year since i messaged you. I have collected many DNA samples and sill collecting more. I think it may help with so many other families that have that "Dead End" in their tree. I would also love to ask a couple of questions about my Beller, Wilson & Layton family and my husband who is a Hart from the Ozark area.

Hope to hear back from you sometime :)

He was my 3rd great grandfather, so we are related! I would love any info you have about him and his family. Thanks for posting a note to contact you.

Greene County information
Sorry the first message was blank :-I

Hope your holiday was nice and safe. We are all thinking of everyone down that way and wishing the best from Oregon during this devastating flood.

I am reaching out to everyone in the area from yellville, Arkansas to Independence, Missouri that may be able to locate a death for Washington Goodall b.1815 Illinois d. 1857 and Caroline (St.John) Goodall b.1820 Georgia. d. 1857 ( rumor has it, in Christian County). Caroline's brother Floyd St.John of Christian County was awarded guardianship in 1858 of the Goodall children, Pleasant, John and Margaret.

I just can not seem to locate what happens to the parent and where Floyd had his sister and her husband buried.

Let me know if you come across anything or if anyone comes across anything. I would truly appreciate the help.

Kind Regards,
Tanya Reed-Bush

photo requests
I just wanted to let you know that I've not forgotten about your photo requests in the Lee's Summit Historical Cemetery. I'm going to wait to see if the snow melts a bit before trying to get the photos.
