Open for discussion re: transfer guidelines, i.e., is it better for a known family member to care for the memorial and receive contacts and answer questions about that family or for a person totally unrelated and, perhaps, inactive to receive such queries. I wonder about those guidelines as they now stand. If you are remotely related to a person whose memorial I created or were personally acuainted with the family I shall be more than happy to transfer said memorial. I don't feel qualified to answer questions about that person or their family nor do I have the time to field all of those questions. I have made those memorials to honor the deceased, not to honor me! It is sufficient to the cause that the memorial exists at all, no?

Family names:
Paternal: From Great Britain to Virginia and North Carolina all!
Maternal: From Germany and England to Wisconsin to South Dakota to California!

RE: Palma Line
Thank you for your offer, and I would be happy to have those Memorials if you are willing. I am of the family, through the marriage of Hector Palma and Linda Badilla. I would be glad to share what I have, if you so would like it. I will let you decide if you accept me as family, which I believe I am through the marriage.

RE: Re: Palma line
Thank you for that, it is really appriciated. My Uncle Hector Palma will really like this information. I cannot thank you enough. Hector Palma married my aunt Linda Badilla which is my mother's sister. My Mother is Mary Louise Badilla, but in life she was known as Alice Badilla. I can explain what happened there, because my Grandma Saenz married the 2nd time to Henry Waer and they had 3 children and the 1st daughter they called her Mary Louise, but her birth name was Julia Ann Waer. My birth name is Joe Celedonio Bratton. John was the Catholic Baptizm name given to me. It can get confusing. Thank You So Much Again.

Palma Line
My uncle has his ancesters buried at Calvary Cementery in Douglas, AZ and in my search of my ancesters I don't know what the V stands for on Maria V. Palma as a maiden name. Also I don't have any information leading me to where she was born. Can you Help. My uncle is Hector Palma and is married to my Aunt Linda Badilla.

RE: And a tip!
Hi Candace,
You are welcome for the photo. I have gotten myself addicted to ancestry studies, and FG has been the best source - so I decided to become involved in the photo taking process. Now I am addicted to that too! Thank you for the tip. Out of curiosity, what happens when someone hits the return in the subject box?
Thank you!

Hi--when I accessed this memorial, I noticed you are still listed as maintaining it. I am relatively new to FindaGrave, so I'm not sure what happened when you transferred the memorial to me. I would be grateful if you could explain how this works. Thank you, Kaitlyn

Sebastian Metzler
Thank you for transferring Francisco Metzler's Memorial to me. I have updated it and I have deleted the one I mistakenly established.
Francisco's half brother is Sebastian Jose Metzler, the subject of this memorial that you established. There is no need for you to transfer this memorial to me. I do not have any information other than his father is Frank A. Metzler, Memorial 114044819. His mother is Ana Diaz but I have not located any birth, death or burial information for her. Thanks again for time, interest and help!

Francisco Esteban Metzler
Hello and thank you for establishing the memorial for Francisco Esteban Metzler. I established a Memorial on March 17, 2014, Number 126504747 and did not realize that you had previously established one. I apologize! Francisco Metzler is a brother of my husband's grandmother and my husband and I have been doing a lot of research and writing during the past two years. We would appreciate it if you would be willing to transfer your memorial so that we can continue to update and work on it. Thank you for your consideration.
