Bio and Links
Bio Photo I started taking pictures and adding data after my own mother died.
I was doing research on a neighborhood history project and accidently ran across a picture of that families' mausoleum on find a grave.
After looking at the site, I decided to add my family to the collection. When I took pictures of my families stones, I took others near them. Then I took pictures of good looking stones and monuments and odd ones or old ones.
Now, I try to honor any I find. I feel I am helping people find their history and honoring those who went before us.
I hope that if anyone finds their loved ones through me, that they will see it in that way.

Many Blessings,

Pam
----------------------------

Your tombstone stands among the rest;
Neglected and alone.
The name and date are chiseled out
On polished, marbled stone.
It reaches out to all who care
It is too late to mourn.
You did not know that I exist
You died and I was born.
Yet each of us are cells of you
In flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
Entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
One hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
Who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved,
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot,
And come to visit you.

I found this lovely poem on the site of Dave Buckmaster - I loved it and "borrowed" it.

Memorial # 69648493
Hello,

On the above memorial, you have Lea "Moors" Barlas.

Lea was my grand-aunt, sister to Daniel Deltour and Isabelle Deltour -- she was the daughter of Pauline Moors and Joseph Deltour. Joseph Moors was her uncle, he was married to Augusta Baus -- their children were Hubert/Herbert and "Nellie" (cousins to me, 1x removed).

Lea did marry Frank Barlas.

RE: Samuel McCamey
You are very welcome. There are so many that do not have markers. I am glad at least there is a memorial on Find a Grave to represent their lives.

James Blaine Kirby - Bath Center Cemetery
I will soon send you enough documentation to correct the bio of James B Kirby. He was not born in Scotland as seems to be commonly reported, but rather in Ohio. Turns out he is a very distant relative by marriage. There will also be appropriate SAC's to go along with it.
It's been a while & I've been somewhat negligent in my duties. Also, I see I need to renew my membership in the Richfield Society.

RE: oops
I think it must have been Margaret Love Davis. I don't think I sent anything other than the basic SACs and it looks like you addressed them, so it's fine.

Thanks,

Zella

RE: sister Miriam
I may be distantly related to Sister Miriam but I haven't been able to completely verify the connection which goes back to about 1800. In the meantime I will keep researching her family. In case you were offering, I am not asking for a transfer. I will send more information on her when I get it from Annapolis.

I don't live far from her Convent and I was getting ready to make a quick trip over there when I found your memorial. Thank you for documenting the cemetery.

RE: BETTY FARRIS
Hi Pam,

I am not related to Betty Farris. I sent the information so that you would know that she had passed away and could enter the data in her memorial. Thank you for adding the information so quickly.

Capt.John H. Bevill
I really liked the information listed and photo of Capt.John H. Bevill's gravesite. His first wife,Mahala Isabella Baggett, was my great-aunt. They were married for over 23 years and had 5 children before she passed in 1877. On his miltary records and several books he was listed as Bevell.

It appears that you made two memorials for the same person. #51841949 & #51841412. Thought you'd like to know. Thank you.
