My direct lineages include Collins, Cunningham, Hopkins and Robinson. My husband's families are Franks, Morgan, Reid, Taylor. I was born and continue to live in Howell County, MO.|
I always do additional research for death certificates or have found the person's obit in
the archived newspapers at the public library before I suggest an edit to the creator of the memorial.
If I have entered your relative and you would like a transfer of their memorial, please send me a request. I have no desire to "own" a large number of memorials, I just want people to be able to find their relatives resting places. If you see a mistake I have made, or would like some addtional information added, just let me know, I will warn you that I probably will transfer the memorial to you if you have an interest in it. Please do not add obit information in flower section. You may send the information you would like added using the message option, edit link or email with correct information, I will respond to all. If you will refer to FAQ's you will notice that find a grave states that names of living relatives are not to be added to a memorial without their permission and it is for that reason that I do not copy obits as they appear in newspaper publications.
I would prefer that copies of the death certificate not be added to memorials I have created as they can be accessed online and take up room for pictures of the individual. (Missouri death certificates thru 1964 can be viewed free of charge at sos.mo.gov/archives, you can also print a copy)
I have added some relatives that I have knowledge of but don't know where they are buried. If you have informaion of any of these, please let me know.
YOU MAY COPY OR USE ANY PICTURES I HAVE ADDED, (I WOULD HOPE THAT YOU DO THE SAME WITH YOURS).

Thank you for your assistance, Kathy. I have a copy of Dicie's death certificate too, and saw that she was buried in the Oak Lawn cemetery. But according to family lore, she was actually buried in a family cemetery in a different location. If she is buried at Oak Lawn, it is possible she was buried as an indigent. Does the cemetery have records of indigent burials?

Kathy,I looked up both death certificates,thank you.
I do not know if Amanda Henry is a relation.
Thanks again, Randy

Kathy, On your records is there no headstone for Addie or her husband Eugene Henry.Do you happen to know the original contributor Patti Hill that created the Find A Grave sites for Addie and Eugene in May 29,2006,just wondering how she knew they were buried there.I just want to be positive they are there even with no headstone.

Did all of William's children stay in Howell CO area? I have some Howards near Greene Co. in my tree,Woodson Howard, they have a dau. Martha
|Chris J||RE: Harriet Howard|
Yes they divorced and her obit (which was in the Quill on Feb 4, 1921) has her as Miss Hattie Howard and says she was married in early life to Pink Perry. They had one daughter Stella Perry who was Mrs Fred Sparks, Coffeyville, KS, at time of mothers obit. Hattie died in Coffeyville during a surgical operation to relieve pressure on the brain caused by a blood clot. She had fallen stepping out of an automobile and hit her head on pavement causing the blood clot. Body returned to West Plains for burial.

I just saw your response. I am jumping through hoops today and tomorrow, but will get back to you by Thursday.
Lee Collins is my paternal grandfather. He had children by two, or more, wives. My father, Basil Odell Collins, was his child by his last wife Anthia Collins.
