I was raised in Monroe County, Iowa, and still live nearby. Now retired from a career with 3M Company in Information Systems, I spend a lot of time on cemetery censuses and restoration for Monroe County along with other hobbies. I maintain an active website for Monroe County genealogy which hosts an online searchable database.|
I will gladly transfer ownership of any memorials I have put on as I canvas cemeteries and newspapers for Monroe County and add graves and obituaries as I find them.

Found your memorial for Susan Agan Myers (1874-1962) and saw your note that says "Plat has she isn't buried here?". I found another memorial for Susan M. Myers #9595274 (1874-1962)that indicates she is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lawrence, Douglas, Kansas; Plot: Acacia Section B, Lot 141, Grave 6. I have requested a photo of the headstone.

I would like to have permission to use any stories, pictures, etc that you add to any memorial that is part of my family. I would like to add these to my family tree. Thank You

You're very welcome. I visit my parents at this cemetery frequently, thus the fast turnaround. Chris

I believe this stone to be the stone of James Fosters second wife, Sarah "Flora" Fuller Foster. I think she may have died in around 1890. This stone says Mother. Wife of James Foster with no dates.
James first wife, Ruth Wilkey Foster is buried in Dudley, Wapello County, Iowa in Columbia cemetery. The stone says Ruth Foster wife of James Foster on it.
If you believe this is not right, please let me know.

Hello, Stephen. Would you please try to load the photo of George Reaves again? It is not showing on his memorial. I truly appreciate your help!
