Thank you so much for looking.
I will try to catch someone at the church office to see if they have a record of him being buried there and when.

since you live near the church, maybe you could call them 1st to see if they have a record of him being buried there?
William Rufus New may not have a stone and it would save you a trip.
thanks for your help.

thanks for looking.
by the looks of his wife's stone it looks like it may be a double stone with his name next to hers.
|MTD||RE: Duplicate Memorials|
You must have gone right to work! Thank you.
The North Branch Cemetery is very near Forkston. As you travel north on Route 87 from Mehoopany to Forkston, you make a right turn off from 87 (making a left there would take you to Forkston). You cross the bridge over the North Branch of the creek and you're on the road to Farr Hollow and eventually Jenningsville.
As soon as you've crossed the bridge you immediately start to go up a hill. The NB Cemetery is up on the hill on your right. I believe someone has recently built a house near the cemetery. The road to the cemetery used to be a narrow dirt road and maybe it still is. I'm not sure how close the new house is to the cemetery but they are close. I hope these directions are clear. It's a small cemetery and I don't think there have been any recent burials.
Thanks for all the contributions you've made to Find a Grave. You take great pictures!

I have been finding many duplicate memorials that you have added. Some of the confusion seems to be that you added the memorials to the wrong cemetery. Quite frequently, your memorials have been added to the North Branch Cemetery when they actually belong in the Jenningsville Cemetery.
You've done a great job taking photos. Perhaps you could move the photos to the pre-existing memorials in the Jenningsville Cemetery and delete the incorrect ones in the North Branch Cemetery. It's very confusing to have all of these duplicates not to mention that they are in the wrong cemetery.
Thank you in advance or your time and attention in correcting Find a Grave.

|Lawton||Sally Adams Drake|
You have added two listings for Sally Adams Drake (1838 - 1921) in North Branch, Forkston and Vaughn's cemetery, Mehoopany. She is buried in Jenningsville and there is already a listing for her. Please delete duplications to avoid confusion. Thanks.

Visited this cemetery and grave recently and noticed that you had created another memorial at the same time for Martin Shreiner. Please delete the duplicate to avoid confusion. The other is # 95582235 and has a misspelling in the last name. Schreiner... But that has links in it that you may want to add to the one you keep. There is no c in this last name.
Thank you very much.
