I enjoy photographing every stone in a small cemetery so that the information is available. I am delighted to transfer these memorials to people who have a more specific interest.

My primary interest is historic research. Find-a-Grave has been a great resource.

Please help yourself to any photos I posted of markers or cemeteries. I put them up for sharing.

I am currently living in South Korea and am willing to travel to photograph graves here.

Remove Flowers From Raymond Showery's grave
My Father should not have his virtual grave disturbed by offensive bleeding flowers.
Please have all and any post by Mickey Apodca and baby removed.
It is highly offensive.

Eva Moyer
I'm very curious because we have so many Moyer's buried in the Lansdale Cemetery. In the girl's you listed did they not marry? If so, what are their married names, please. I would like to find them and connect them with their parents..THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS.

Anna Kick at St. Mary's Cemetery
Hi! Photos posted for her.

Also there:

1. John Heider, 1864 - 1931
2. Margaret C. Heider, 1864 - 1952

If you add photo requests for them I will post the photos that I took of their grave marker.

Here is Find A Grave's policy concerning posting obits:

Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?
You should not copy obituary notices from newspapers (or from funeral home notices or web sites) to an individual's memorial record unless you have permission from the newspaper to do so or you are the author of the obituary. Some obituaries that were published in 1922 or earlier are now in the public domain. In general, obituaries in newspapers are submitted by the family with assistance from the funeral home. Find A Grave reserves the right to remove obituary notices and photographs from memorial records. Similarly, you may NOT scan an obituary and add it as a photograph to a memorial record.

Please remove the obituary from the memorial.

Thanks!

St Joseph-Elizabeth & John Strobl
Hi Christina-I've posted the pictures of Elizabeth's monument and her picture to her memorial page. Her name is spelled STROBL on the stone and I see that her husband's death record also has the same spelling. He is also on the stone (John Strobl 9 Feb 1889(Ujvar, Hungary)-26 Jul 1929(Chicago, IL)). If you want to make a memorial page for him I'll add the pictures there too. The stone is rather weathered and difficult to read. I don't read German but if you want me to give it a try I have some rubbing paper that can be used to see if I can decipher more wording. It doesn't harm the stone or leave any residue. The date of birth and death for Elizabeth is readable but there's a bunch of stuff below that which is weathered.

Hi! Regarding your photo request, can you please contact the cemetery and obtain the Section, Lot, and Grave Number information, and then post it to your request? Please also ask if there is a grave marker and add that information to your photo request and/or memorial. The Find A Grave FAQs state the photo requestor is responsible to provide this information.

Elmwood Cemetery: (708) 453-0273

This cemetery provides extremely limited assistance to photo volunteers with finding a grave's location. Last year I was able to fulfill almost 200 photo requests at Elmwood through this process. Because the lots in this cemetery are poorly marked, almost no one else ever photographs here. I have only had success here because I have spent literally weeks at a time to learn the intricacies of the layout of this cemetery.

Thank you for helping me to help you.
