I am currently recording and photographing the grave markers in Rest-Haven Memorial Park. The cemetery has about 17,000 graves with just over 10,700 of them on Find-A-Grave. Rest Haven has a mausoleum in addition to the cemetery. This cemetery has no upright gravestones, only flat ground level marker. The cemetery does not require that a grave be marked so many graves have no markers.

The memorials without photos will eventually have them. I have photos for almost every memorial I have created. Lately, I have stopped posting those photos to speed up the process of adding new names to the cemetery. My most recent photos are also not as cleaned-up as the first ones I took. Now I clean them only enough to read the marker. Photos of those gravemarkers will eventually be retaken. Then better photos will be posted on Find-A-Grave.
I will be happy to make additions or corrections to the memorials I manage. If you have a correction, extra information or want a transfer please use the edit tab on that individual's memorial. Please don't leave a "Public Message" when asking for edits or transfers.
I am aware that some of the women have their maiden names or the surnames of second husbands on their grave markers. I could use your help in sorting them out. I enjoy genealogical research but right now my primary task is getting the grave markers at Rest-Haven photographed, transcribed and posted on Find-A-Grave.

Hi,
I added details to Margaret's page. The obit was so blurry it was really hard to tell what it said. I looked up files on Ancestry.com and looked in the Oregonian and the State Archives to try and make sure the right dates and things since I could not tell for sure what some of the obit said.
