I'm a New Jersey native and a volunteer cemetery photographer, and am not related to most of the people I have added. Entries are posted in the interest of history and genealogy, and the hope that someone will add my ancestors (Applegate, Paladino, Stahl, Bunting, Roninger (Ronocher), Hutchinson, Richardson, Coleman, Wilson, Flock, Krauter, ...).|
For those of you who send me bios, obits, linkages, etc. . . THANK YOU! They are greatly appreciated. Please include the source of the information provided. If no source information is provided, I will list your contributor name/number as the source.
Please understand that I will not make additions, corrections, nor transfer memorials, from emails or from the "Your Messages" below. These requests will not be acted on and will be removed. Please use the EDIT tab on a memorial if you find any errors that need correction, you wish to add a biography, you are requesting linkages, or are requesting a transfer. This will ensure that the requests made will be completed on the correct memorial.
My photos may be used for non-profit (personal) purposes only. All I ask is that any photos I have posted be credited with my name. See the Find-a-Grave rules about the contributor holding the copyright.

|Sandy Diaz||Goldsmith Family|
Hi Linda, I am the only descendant of Richard Alfred Goldsmith, except for my kids of course and one grandchild of mine, age 7, of Ellenville NY. I was looking for my cousin Lorraine Goldsmith Devoe, who, I think still lives in the Ulster County region and is the only daughter of Robert Goldsmith and ran across your history records. I have an old pic of Aunt Mame, or Sarine, Uncle Percy, Uncle Bert, Grandpa, my dad's Joseph E, my dad's grandma, Apalone Fisher Goldsmith and Aunt Linda, maybe a relation to you as well ? Anyway I'm going to try to take a pic of the pic with my phone and try to upload it to this site or I could send it to you directly , what ever you wish. My father and his niece, Lorraine had gone to the grave site years ago and made some charcoal tracings of the grave stones as well. I'll find them soon, they are in my closet which is in desperate need of a good cleaning, this will be a good incentive for it, since one of my defects of character is procrastination :(
Hope to hear from you soon. Have a great weekend.
Sandra Gene Goldsmith Diaz :)
ps : I can give you my phone # via your e mail if you wish. I live on the Space Coast of Florida, which is where I grew up, my parents bought the house I live in when my dad was stationed here at Patrick Air Force Base back in the '50's
|Warren Carah||William Bowden Phillips Memorial|
Thank for adding my comments to the William Bowden Phillips memorial. His and his family's travails during their trek to California in 1849 were truly daunting. I have traced the route the Phillips family took from Stump Springs, Nevada through the Mojave desert to Rancho del Chino, California and just the memory of it is exhausting!
I trust the readers of this memorial will take the time to read more about this pioneer.

|Stephen R Knowlton||Michael Parkinson|
My wife and I are trying to find the grave marker for Michael Parkinson, b. 22 Aug 1858, d. 20 Jun 1914 in Trenton, NJ. His obit says that he was buried in Holy Sepulchre in Hamilton, NJ. I believe that you have the obit on your page. Michael's Polish name was 'Parczynski.'
The cemetery does not have any record of him. We have walked part of it and have not seen it. They say that their records are not always accurate.
Do you know where he is buried?

Thank you for the photos of my grandmothers grave. I remember visiting her grave when I was a child. I remember the photo, but not the details of her face. Thank you for posting these photos. It means so much to me to be able to see the a picture of her.
