RE: Palmers at Oak Grove
How very funny, was logging on here to tell you hello, see how you are doing, and share some info with you.

I did the Ancestry DNA test and while checking my e-mail for the results, noticed I had been contacted by a Half-Sister I had known of for over 35yrs, but was never able to locate. Odd thing is, she lives about five hours from me, here in California. It truly is a small world.

Had it had not been for the photo you took of my Dad's marker "David Lee Palmer", my Half-sister would not have been able to locate me. You see, her Mom always told her our dad died in 1967, the year she was born so all her searches kept coming up empty. But when she seen the marker and it said 1970, she ran a new search, seen it was the same one I have in my tree, then made contact with me. I have two other Half-Sisters that I have kept in touch with and now we all are in touch with each other. I plan to take a trip up to meet my "New Sister" soon, and she plans to head back in Nov to see my other two sisters.

I know I have said thank you in the past, but once again I have to say "THANK YOU", I am very grateful to you for helping me.

If you ever head out to So California, contact me. I will be happy to take you out for what ever dinner you like, wherever you like to go. :-)

Sorry, I know this is lengthy, but I just had to share with you and let you know about some of the fruits of your labor.

With the warmest of regards,
Tim

I'm looking for her son Herman Jones who is supposed to be buried in Morley Cemetery, but I'm not sure which one. Any ideas.

I am looking for a photo of my grandfather's grave. He was buried beside Charlcie White. Her parents were William and Edith Baker. I believe he is buried beside Charlcie White at Lightner & St Joseph Cemetary in Scott City, Mo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Deanna
