Mary Ostrom Henry Mary Ostrom Henry's information on Find A Grave in Elm Lawn Cemetery maybe wrong. Sept 10. 1933. While I do not have another date that states when she did pass. I have two census records for her that clearly state she is alive in 1935 and 1940. So either the census takers listed her wrongly twice or the grave is not correct. Can anyone help with this? Thank You
found long lost grave Thank you for posting the info on Lillian Gilbert LaPorte grave site. She is my maternal Grandmother. My mother Ida LaPorte Wilde and her sister Bessie LaPorte Johnroe searched for their Mothers grave many times during their adult life with no success. They were age 4 and 5 respectively when she died and had no idea where she was buried. My cousin Patty Johnroe Perkins and I (Suzanne Wilde Moldenhauer) searched many times too and never found it. So,imagine my surprise today when I found this posted. Thank you for letting me know where to look the next time I visit Bay City. I'm eternally grateful.
RE: re: George Booker Mogle memorial Were you aware that I corresponded with Michael Sellars and provided him all kinds of info for that story? My family saved everything from the papers back in '46 because we're related. I've already put up memorials for his 2 brothers and one for his father. I've linked him to his parents and his wife, but I haven't gotten around to writing a bio for him yet.
